I love the Ballistic and Craycort grills. As far as taste, does the direct charcoal grill side have better flavor. I always thought charcoal flavor was better than fry pan style.Or does the charcoal flavor get into the meat of the Ballistic grill side since they are both under the hood. Curious
I use lump charcoal and you do get flavor enhancement because of the surrounding heat and smoke, the texture is different but I love them both! Great question Phil and thanks for the view and question!
