Thanks my Texas friend! Honor to hear from you T-Roy!❤️
Nice job on the steak David. Had to be good cooked just right. There is a place for the ole gasser. I do my quickes on mine also. See ya
Thanks Phil!
It looks really good. I prefer mine well done but my husband likes his medium so he would prefer yours 👍 Nicely done 😍
Thanks for watch Baking Diva! I enjoy your videos too!!
Yum. Looked perect
I love top sirloin just that way! Find Tri-Tip in Sweden yet? Cheers my friend!
SteenSmokeHouse nope. My brother says its possible to order though if i go to a real butcher. So i will soon. We dont have many left , most are gone due to supermarkets, but there is one really nice one on the other side of the city where have not been for ages. Usually leaves me broke so i cant go to often.
Am gathering parts to build a UDS hopefully next weekend. That will be fun too :)
PBC is very affordable and very predictable. Again thanks so much for watching, commenting and subscribing. My next video will be using the Canon XA 30. This thing is crazy nice!
SteenSmokeHouse oh nice. Will be fun to see :)
You dont need more than SPG to get a good tasting steak.
Looks good David!
Cheers
I know if you let salt sit on a steak for a few hours it will tenderize it do you think that's necessary for USDA prime cut
Episode 29 I dry brined a Prime NY strip and it was just a bit better. BTW I only use Kosher or sea salt, I never use regular table salt for anything.
