Duchess of Cambridge ‘Tried Knitting’ for Prince George

- During a visit to a community centre in Bradford, the Duchess of Cambridge met with a knitting group and said she “tried knitting” after the birth of her first child but only got halfway as it “looked so terrible”.
Meeting the teacher of the knitting group, she joked “I needed you to help” with the project. Joined by William, Duke of Cambridge, the visit wraps up their first public appearance since Monday’s crunch meeting at Sandringham.

How lucky are we to have these two beautiful people representing our country. I am sure there have been many a time when they would have loved to escape the responsibilities of royal life, but when the chips are down they support the Queen and come out smiling, even though they have a busy family life. Huge respect to William, Kate and the Middleton family.💕

I love William and Catherine. They are so warm and loving and caring. They are the perfect couple.
No such thing. Their personal lives are a hot mess. I feel for them having to put on a front for the public. Imagine how it would be when they become King and Queen someday? I constantly keep that younger generation in my prayers having to deal with the horrible garbage media over there.
If ever the British grow a brain they will realise that they a nothing more than well trained freeloaders.

They are so genuine. I think they really love their work. It's a job and when you love your job it shows. They're a wonderful couple and a credit to the Royal family and the UK.

She does seem to use Catherine formally, but she actually introduced herself as both in this clip! At 00:43 she said something like "I'm Catherine, or Kate, some people know me as."
The connection between the two of them has never change, never over shadow one another. They are a very happy couple.
William acts talks like his mother. Very polite gentle spoken understanding young man. He has all the Diana ways.....

What I love about this video & what I notice in their Approach towards people is that, they have a neutral stand towards everyone they meet.. irrespective of the background these people come from!
no extra handshakes or hugs because someone’s a Muslim or someone’s black!
No surrounding oneself with the people of certain race, religion or gender!
treat everyone as humans & as equals & at the same time addressing the issues of each one, for the sake of humanity!
They don’t take sides, with a certain community or race..
And that’s the way to go forward in 2020, and that’s how inclusivity is achieved!

Kate has lovely qualities in her character, i perceive her of being a good listener, empathic and understanding, counselling qualities and non judgemental, id love to meet her,my traumatic life story is very interesting, to say the least,and many would also be surprised to learn that im also related to the Royal family on both my parents side,through King George 1V and other family members, but then many of us are.

I have honour to meet this lovely couple in Bradford in Khidmat center. I made the crochet gifts for three of their children.
I could watch these two all day, just seeing how they make eye contact and you can tell they are paying attention all the dufferent people they spoke two. These two will be the Best King and Queen wjen its their time. I see william cares and he will do a lot of good work and change a lot to go with more of the time period and what really needs to be done to help. Its not enough to just go and talk work, money and helping the poor really needs to start now...

I tried knitting as well when my first was born, I quickly discovered that sewing was more my speed☺️
M_ Mince08 me too, I did manage to make each of my children sweaters, one with bunnies, one with an orca whale, and one with a unicorn. However knitting is not for me, I prefer crocheting and sewing.
My first attempt at knitting was a disaster. Crochet and sewing came easier for me. Years later with UA-cam I finally learned how to knit. It just took the right teacher.
