- The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are sent out to do the shopping as they help cook a meal on their visit to Ireland.
William and Kate were preparing the dish of the day for a group of youngsters at Savannah House, a respite centre in Clane, County Kildare.

Kim Coates They have no desire whatsoever to be ‘celebrities’ they are Royals NOT celebrities. Royals don’t seek fame & glory via celebrity. I guess you are not a parent & most definitely not a parent of 3 young children. That in itself is a full time job.

Jazz NYC If you we’re British you would have a better understanding of how the Royal family works. You are clearly getting yourself muddled up with celebrity. Royals are NOT celebrities THEY ARE ROYALS. Gosh this is getting tiring. The Cambridge’s work extremely hard at the most important job on the planet - raising their children & they are truly amazing parents. Have you ever studied the work of John Bowlby? You should do & then maybe have a think about the current Royal children & come back to me in your above comment! John Bowlby’s work on Attatchment Theory is still taught to students today! There is one thing for certain the Cambridge children are being brought up as much loved well rounded & educated children who feel safe & secure with their loving parents. It’s a shame other children will grow to be so badly damaged by their parents actions. The future of our Royal Family is in very safe hands with William, Catherine & their beautiful children, including a future King Of England.

@Totaminel Baum-Rolf I would prefer having them for just a few minutes than a full documentary about African Wildlife...only to be busted as fake and misleading as the animals were sedated and the photos were cropped. To be a liar and a hypocrite is a dangerous combination. Can't top that.

I am not from the U.K. (although am of English-Irish descent), but I’m so enamored and full of admiration for these two. My heart breaks for the queen...to be this age and have to deal with the circus acts that Andrew, Harry & M have created, (none of whom seem to have given a thought to her & all she’s done). I’m imagining that she is very proud watching William & Kate as they go about their royal duties truly creating good will wherever they go.

They are probably both decent home cooks because they cooked in their apartment at college, in their first house in Anglesey, Wales, and at home together with their children since having them. You become more skilled at lots of things in the doing.
