With Alchemy release, the population range is only 3 days for this week. Seems like a lot more brews/ off meta decks putting up results. I comment on some of the lists indicating some suggestions in terms of card swaps or deck optimization suggestions. Anyone playing any new alchemy cards in historic?
I found a oracle-less tainted pact list in Historic which has been super fun to play! (With 2 jace's instead) Probs not super competitive but tainted pact doesn't feel great in timeless right now (or since show and tell got added to arena lol)
There is such a redundancy of cards now that the 1 card limit doesn’t seem too bad. I think just the casting cost of jace is harder which means lower chance of turn 3-4 kills
@@MTGJoe Yeah its obviously not as clean or resilient as thoracle but I feel like it has a helluva lotta easy time against the historic decks compared to timeless. Only complaint is you usually have to end of turn tainted pact and then untap and jace which leads to more clicking because its not quite an autoconcede compared to responding to the thoracle trigger with pact
There is no reason to omit it. Either the person who originally played it forgot it and then others just copy pasted. Play lurrus whenever you can. It’s the best companion
mentioned in my comment, but only 3 days of data for "new" meta since alchemy dropped so smaller sample pool. Woodlands was top win rate deck bronze to mythic but when shifting to diamond seems like it didnt meet the minimum game cap to show. The weeks with new set releases usually has smaller samples for mid week. Deck is still very strong, it has beat me a few times this week.

Waiting for your BO3s my guy keep em coming and thanks for your effort!
I love your content man it's so informative on a growing format.
Played the Boros Auras deck. Fastest climb in Platinum level I've ever had since Winota was standard legal.

What is the reason to not use lurrus on boros auras?
