4 EGGS
1/2 TSP VANILLA
6 CUPS FLOUR
1TSP MIX SPICE
4TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TSP NUTMEG
6TSP BROWNING
3 CUPS RED WINE
1LB MIXED FRUITS (blended)
NOTE: in this video, the recipe is doubled in portion.
BAKE AT 180 degrees Celcius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1.5 hours or until the insert comes out clean.
