I was able to update my firmware, thanks. However the real question I have is, is it possible to hear my guitar on my phone via bluetooth? What does the "audio" light mean? Is it sending audio via blue tooth or what?
I cannot switch between guitar and bass mode. I cannot see that option at the first screen of the app. Can you give me some guidance on how can I fix this ? Your help will be kindly appretiated, thank you. I did the firmware update successfully fyi.
Was it on purpose to release Infos about the mighty nux pro through your iOS app update today? It seems not officially released on your website or elsewhere. But it looks good! 😄
Does the "audio" BT connection allow to use the mobile phone's speakers (or wired/bluetooth headphones)? Trying to use the phone to feed my wireless earbuds. Can you connect any BT receiver, like a speaker (or my jeeps UConnect BT Audio in) by pairing the audio out of the MP2?
I wish it was that easy. I followed instructions . I followed you and several times tried both . I keep getting no device located yet it shows up on the computer it's the program from nux I belei will not recognize the unit. I tried resetting if something don't change Gina have to send back

I've already update the firmware on my Mac and deleted and reinstalled the app for about 5 times this afternoon. Am I missing something?

This happened to me as well. But I haven't read the Firmware update guide. There says to use both the power on and the adjust button both simulateously. Otherwise the device will not be recognized. Only after doing exactly that, I was able to update the firmware of mine.
Connect USB cable with the computer, then hold the TAP button and power the amp. The UPDATER can detect the device, and you can load the related bin(firmware) file to update.
@@nuxaudio Thanks got firmware updated no problem. Don't really notice any pre efx added with update like stated on FB page though. Will there be more amp models or pre efx etc in future updates? How about more than the 4 presets? Be nice to have like 4 presets you could use all in the same genre. Like in playing along in a real song and turning on a boost or a delay or a mod only in one section of the song like the bridge solo.
Not only are some of your words unintelligible but it took me 10 mins to find the driver because it is called something else when you load the file. Step by step verbatim every action would help a lot more than pointing at something and saying download this when you don’t show how you got it to your downloads in the first place. Just trying to give constructive criticism I did in the end figure it out but was very frustrating and almost gave up
Do not update your unit. It ruins it. Actually the customer support for this company absolutely sucks. Left 3 messages with them and never got a call back. GOOD BYE NUX!
I would have given this device 5 stars or off the scales before I found out it wasnt functioning correctly due to it needing an update which is a complete pain in the ass. If u don't have a pc u r screwed. I have a laptop but still can't figure it out. They could have just made it to where it updates through the android app but no, u have to have an intermediate understanding of computers as well as have everything updated and other programs just to update it. Also it doesnt have a tuner which is beyond me. DON'T buy this unless u have a basic computer degree and massive amounts of patience.
@Mark Seymour Literally all lines of customer service were dead ends, hours and days of UA-cam tutorials of people trying to get it working in the same way its prescribed by the manufacturer. It simply doesn't work and gives an error code saying it has bad firmware that only the manufacturer could fix whenever I try it. I never received my refund either. What do you usually call a defunct product that shipped that way and who's customer support can't be contacted? It was a scam on me, I'm the one without that money now. You can think of it However you apparently feel is appropriate, but it will not change what's real. Grow up.

This was so helpful and made it super EZ to update the firmware in my new Mighty Air Amp. Thank You & Love this thing!!

Go into your phone settings. Find the mighty amp there. Click on allow it to access Bluetooth. This fixed that problem for me.
I don’t use a laptop or home computer at all. Is there another way to update this?
Is it possible to use Bluetooth headphones or is the device totally reliant on wired headphones?
There’s a nasty delay in Bluetooth processing that makes live play pretty well impossible.

updater for nux mighty 20bt doesn't work properly and there isn't any information on how to connect and update it.

If you have an audio connection with your phone, why cant you use the phones bluetooth headphones?

How do you know which firmware version the Mighty Plug has already?
While you use MIGHTY AMP APP to connect the device, you can click "Settings" on the app, then you will see "Firmware Version" .
