Cranberry Orange Relish

  • You Are about to try a Refreshing relish with a Secret ingredient!
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 navel orange "seedless" with skin
    12 ounces fresh cranberries, picked over and rinsed
    3 tablespoons raspberry jam, or to taste "secret ingredient"
    3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
    1 cup orange juice, preferably fresh squeezed
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Cut the orange into smaller pieces and pulse in a food processor until chopped into smaller cranberry size pieces.
    2. Add the cranberries, raspberry jam, sugar and pulse until the cranberries are finely chopped to your preferred size.
    3. Add the orange juice and pulse until incorporated. Refrigerate until serving.
    Perfect refreshing accompaniment for my garlic herb butter roasted turkey breast and great as a topping for the left over turkey sandwiches.
