How Great Thou Art: Piano Duo; Arr. Charis Dwire

The amount of times this hymn mentions aspects of nature inspired me to put some extra focus on "word painting" - writing the music in such a way that pictures what the lyrics are saying at that moment. Writing it as a piano duo gave me a lot of freedom to play with these sounds. So, if you listen carefully, I hope you can hear thunder rolling, stars twinkling, a brook flowing, and birds singing sweetly in the trees. May this arrangement highlight how great our God is.
