And "Kaikin mokomin" is more like "sure go ahead" or "no problem" instead of "you're welcome". But it is used similarly to "ole hyvä". They're the same in some contexts. But "ole hyvä" is a better translation to "you're welcome", I think.
Spede is that inventor. Probably not the best inventor in Finland, but he liked to invent things and showcase them in his shows and movies. One thing about the Practical English show is that you get to see Loiri being pretty much himself instead of his usual characters, like Uuno. What else is there to say, but that Finnish people have always been masters of many languages.
