If a person has not custody of his non-accompanying family members, does he in obligation to proof that he does all possible efforts to do medical examination for them ?
If the response is yes, does he in obligation to activate the court systems ???
I am in trouble with this,
Ircc always asks medical for my two children who are in sole custody of my ex-wife.
I have just visitation rights 1 day a week
