My school has on their website that they dont do deferrals but I called them and they asked me to send an email; I awaitng their feeback. If my visa is approved but my school doesnt do deferral, do you think I can withdraw from my school and reapply for September 2025? Would my approved student visa still be applicable? What are my options?

Why don't you finish everything and get approved before they send. They can as well send to you but you must explain well in your SoP or add proofs if possible
