It not only shows off the (immaculate) interior, but you also get a sense of how the ride is going to be from the backseat. I love these inspections. You really leave nothing to chance. Man I owned one of these in 1989 it was in fair condition. After driving it for a few years I turned it into a stock racecar. Fast as hell I did ok with it but now I look back on it and probably the better investment would have been to keep it. All though I had fun

Always liked those 60's goats! Nice to take a cruise with the "little lady" in a clean ride. I'd definitely replace the headliner & for a 30k + car.... all your gauges/blower motor/wipers should work. Anyway; keep rockin' & bringing us those classics ....TN style😎.
This is a car I would fly down to buy. I’m curious about that motor though. It’s got flowmasters on it and it’s still pretty quiet which makes me wonder what year motor was swapped in it. Next time you get a got the Pontiac guys like myself would appreciate to see if it’s got the wt or ws stamping on front of the block, also like us know what number heads are on it. That will let us have an idea of approximate compression and give us a estimate of what kind of power it’s making. I have a feeling this engine is low compression 400 with a stockish/ mild rebuild. She might only be making 250-275 horsepower. Also, that headlight switch could be more than just a headlight switch. When hide away headlights don’t work, it can be a nightmare to fix. Still, a 68 GTO thats venduro green at that price where you can finance it is an awesome deal for a real 242 GTO. A dealer up north by me would change 54,000 for it like they always do on these. Cheers!

I agree with you, there are very few and far between if at all these days. I think there are two main reasons. Lot's of folks have sizable funds and inflation shows up on vehicles as well. Dollar keeps dropping value so prices keep going up to compensate.

Horns and wipers, heaters, AC , radios , working speedometers , must be optional in Tennessee.
Also missing the AC Compressor.

Yup all that optional but as is $35k 🙄😫 but I don’t know too much about old School cars maybe that’s because it’s a GTO💁🏽♂️
Those old cars are easier to drive than the new ones, that super light one finger powersteering and great visibility.
