You should never be embarrassed to buy items in bulk at Dollar Tree. First of all you have an extremely successful channel to run and second, there are no rules on how many you can buy at once. Big fan of your channel.
Definitely know how you feel about buying more than others think you should. But there is no RULES on craft supplies you got to get it while you can.... 😃 Love the blessing sign just so simple and pleasing!
Don’t be embarrassed about buying a lot ! You have a family to take care of and you make AMAZING crafts ! People need to mind their business! Keep those craft ideas coming please!!!😊
I dont feel bad when i buy a quantity of anything for crafting, especially from $ Tree because you never know if you'll ever see those items again. Besides i went to look on & tree app & they didn't have really anything. So don't let noone make you feel bad about what your buying or how much. Some people should mind their business. God don't like ugly! Anyways, I'm loving all your crafts. You are so talented Katelyn. I have so many crafting supplies, a crafters paradise, & I keep buying more but I never use them. When I try i get so discouraged/worried about messing up. TFS Katelyn! May God Bless You & Your Families!
Love your crafts. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can and can’t by. We all work hard for our money and can spend it as we choose. You are buying these items for your diys on your channel to support your family. It was very hard to be quarantined, Places are slowly reopening here in Canada! Take care!
Katelyn, these are PERFECT for the kitchen using fresh herbs. You could even write on the little chalk board the name of the herb that's in the container. Now, I really love these. And the paint makes those tubes look just like galvanised containers. Also in regards to cutting those small thin sticks, I've always cut mine with my Dremel. It has a small blade that goes on it and its perfect for small project such as this. Once you have one, you'll find SO MANY uses for it. And there rather cheap. Also Lowe's has a small miter box for around $10 and it allows you to make so many different angle cuts, and it comes with a small wood saw as well. But as many crafts as you do I feel that a dremel would be awesome for you. The dremel has 100's of blades. I've been out of work sick for 6 months now. Seems like all I've done is set around and watch DIY projects. Yours by far seem to be so much better than some others on here! Keep up the GREAT work! Thanks so much. Scott, from North Carolina.
Girl No mam! Don’t you dare feel bad. First come first serve is the way I see it. It’s your money and your right to buy whatever and as many as you need! If there were quantity issues then it would be posted, therefore keep doing what you do I enjoy all the inspiration you give me. Some people are just miserable no matter what the situation
The galvanized look planters in the tray are darling. If there are five of something I want to craft with. I’ll take two or three of the item. The windmills are adorable! They just may be my favorite craft that you’ve made. SOOOO high end. The round lambs ear wreath is adorable. Sometimes less is more. Good job on the all the DIY’s.
Cute diys! I remember you opening all of those words. You are loved. Don't worry about getting all those little crates. With not getting out often you need to get what you can when you are out. May not be there next time. Something I'd like to see you diy with is the little succulents that are so popular right now. I have been finding them every time I am out. They are different colors, textures, and shapes. And look so real ! And a big plus for me is I can "grow" them. Stay safe and have a blessed evening 🌻
To cut my small wood projects, I use a small handsaw from Dollar Tree I found in the hardware section. Your diy's are beautiful and so budget friendly. Your windmill project is my favorite from this video. I found those little crates as well and was excited to see what you would do with them. I don't feel bad about purchasing numerous like items...if they have what I need, I buy it. 😊💕
I never feel guilty about purchasing ALL of any item. My money is as good as anyone else's!!! I have actually made the little boxes with tongue depressors on several ocassions. I love painting ship lap signs etc....that and galvanized have almost become a passion for me!!! I just love your ideas and your diys....you do a great tutorial!!!!!
Fun Fact: you can use the base/frame from wooden puzzles for toddlers (since they are bound to loose a piece or 2.) You can make an *adorable* tea tray. I made one for our wedding, I added handles & little feet, stained it... I was so surprised at how nice it turned out.
Well Kaitlyn, you’ve done it again! Totally beautiful projects! I wouldn’t let that lady intimidate you, she had no place to say anything. You’re so sweet about taking 1/2 the times and put up first and then the other 1/2 at the end of your order. You’re a sweet girl!! Of that lady wanted them so bad, she could’ve bought them online. Honey, don’t let people bother you like that! You’re doing great and blessing others! 💜
You should never feel bad and please dont let anyone make you feel that way. I love all your crafts and you always make me feel like long time friends ❤ I wish the dollar tree's near me had all the crafters square items, but they dont I've never been able to find any of the awesome wood pieces.
Since this corona virus stay in place started... I kinda lost my will/drive/love for crafting. I just didn’t get excited about it anymore. No motivation... but I still watch all your videos! But this video just got me all excited and motivated to craft again :)! Thank you so so much
Miter Sheers girl!!….They’re life changing. Lol I bought my GARTOL ones on Amazon for like $30 and you get two sets of blades. Hope this helps and love literally all of your DIY’S! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. 😘
Do not worry you are not alone what ever I need and how many I need I well get them and buy them alot of people do the same thing I have seen them at the Dollar Tree,Wal-Mart, Dollar General, and Family Dollar the stores do not have limits on how many all the stores care is the money so do not feel bad you are not alone. Great DIY'S I Love Them Thank You For Sharing. Many Blessing's To You
We often have people come through our Dollar Trees with loaded buggies with lots of multiples. I always talk to them about what they're buying and what they are going to do with them. It's always interesting to hear what they're doing and why. I'm sorry you went through that. People really need to show better manners! Your projects were really awesome today. I love them all and will try to recreate them. I really like the last one because it is simple but beautiful! Thanks for sharing!
Girlie, I usually spend about 100.00 at Dollar Tree, picking up crafts, so DON’T ever feeling bad about how much you pick up on something!,, And Now I’m getting married so I am the one working on it!,, 😊😍🤪😍
Love the windmills! Don't feel guilty about multi purchases...here in Florida we have a saying " you cant fix stupid " some people are just that and should keep there comments to themselves. You doing a wonderful job at inspiring other crafters, thanks Dee
I absolutely love all of your ideas for your dollar tree crafty creations. You do such an amazing job 😀 I've made a bunch so far, using your videos as inspiration. Today I made the windmill wall board, and mini crate idea using some leftover barn wood that I stained and glued together to make a 9 x 18 inch board, the windmill, basket, coffee stained fabric (to line the wood crate), and greenery. It turned out beautifully. Thank you for all your videos! You're such an inspiration
I do the same. I buy in bulk on something's especially if I haven't seen it before because I have 10 rolls of the black and white flower contact paper from DT because I love how it looks. It's my theme in my room. But I usually just put it all together because if they don't want me to buy it it shouldn't be available. If I find a case of something I want on the floor I'll buy it. Girl it's our money and their business flourishes off us. So NEVER be embarrassed for buying multiple items. If the lady wanted that item she would have bought it. People are just judgemental. Keep crafting and never stop because I absolutely love you're videos and you're absolutely gorgeous as well. Keep your head up and stand tall when buying in bulk. Your money and business!! There is always a negative Nancy somewhere.
Thanks for sharing these cute project ideas. Yes, it is a great idea to purchase many because you'll never know when or if the store will get more in stock.
An oscillating multi-tool would be a great addition to your crafting tools. You can get different attachments so you can cut, sand, and all kinds of stuff. Dremel is a brand name but harbor freight has great inexpensive options.
I wouldn’t feel bad, even the checkers do it! I’ve been told that a couple of times! Loved them all! Would love to see some dupes maybe? Some high end boho and modern decor. Thank you and many blessings to you and your family!
I enjoy all of the videos you put out. Momtosix here. My kids are out of the house, now all adults. My favorite thing to do is repurpose items. Thanks for being so enthusiastic about crafting. Merry Christmas to you and your family😊
Use the dollar tree saw for thin wood like those paint sticks or dowel rods etc. I used to score it with a utility knife too but it was so much more work lol. Just saw with the little saw and sand the edge real quick!
I love all of these diys. I've got a lot of the supplies ,so maybe I'll try making them too. I don't feel bad buying things at DT that I've never seen before... Because I may never see them again. I rarely see things that other crafter's use in the DT here. However, I do make sure I leave some for others to buy. I once thought someone was stocking the shelves because she had so many of the same item.. her cart was full. Then I saw her in line at the checkout... Anyway, I hope you're having a beautiful day. Looking forward to seeing your next diys
You are so good at what you do. These are all just gorgeous. I love them. Haven’t been to Dollar tree in a couple of weeks until TODAY. I make some clothespin wreaths and I got all they had out. I know one woman looked at me like, “what was I doing?”It wasn’t like I could hang clothes out to dry cause it’s been raining all week. Lol. But yes, I’ve had the look before. You just keep on doing what you got to do, cause you are so great at it. Take care.
I LOVE ALL OF YOUR DIY’s!! I have a BUNCH OF HALF FINISHED ITEMS ON OUR DINING ROOM TABLE!! The items were drying & I CANT WAIT TO GO FINISH IN THE AM! You inspire me!! But... Now I HAVE to go find the little crates and the windmills tomorrow! You are AWESOME!! Deb xxx
i have about a dozen of those plastic containers which i used in my craft room till we moved. this gives me an idea of what i can do with some of them.
Love the blessings sign. I dont get to go to the dollar tree very often so i do grab a few extra. Usually the wreath forms. I did grab 4 packs of the carrots and three bags of the foam Easter eggs
I’m new to your vids. I enjoy just watching you work and listening to your sweet voice. You seem like the sweetest person ever. I know what you mean...I would feel bad about taking too many of one item too. I’m always worried about inconveniencing others. Sadly, most of the time...they are not too worried about inconveniencing you.
Love all your projects♥️ Don’t feel bad about buying the quantity of the items you are going to diy! I make a lot of fun projects and donate them to those less fortunate to brighten their home. I also buy random items for all ages and make little surprise bags to hand out as well💕
I have those same buckets. I call them wash tubs. I have been painting my little wash tubs to look galvanized. Now I’ve got to add legs. I’m going to use them as planters too. I’ve got to get some pebbles so the plants have drainage. I used to do dollhouses and have a small miter box and saw. It works great to cut the small wooden sticks.
Absolutely gorgeous mugs!!! So much fun. The mugs are one of my favorite crafts you do. You make crafting exciting and entertaining! Thanks for your hard work and sharing your creativity!!❤❤❤
I use a very watered down paint mix to "stain" my wood. I also use other colors too - apply brown, let dry. Blend in a sparse layer of barn red here and there, let dry dry. Same for black and turquoise. Sometimes green. You can still see the wood grain thru the paint but it has to be watered down like a tint.
I loveee your crafting & girl I buy 10 plus of items bc they’re GONE & DT doesn’t always restock so don’t feel nor guilty period. You know what your plans are with the things your BUYING it’s your business & everyone who does their shopping should mind their own . 🙃
These are beautiful! I bought a case of the crates only because I couldn't find them in my stores. I'd love to see what else you could come up with using the crates, I love those 😂. I would have bought as many as I could as well, if you don't someone else will. Yes, I'll buy as many as I can and I don't feel bad, I'm usually too excited that I found something I've been looking for. I think the Blessing sign would look good between the two pieces with the crates, maybe? I love that sign, I'm going to make one, it's gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us. 💟
Thank you so much for being such a great teacher! You always explain why you are doing a certain step and what the ultimate results will be. You are the best!
Hoarding toilet paper is one thing... IMHO you shouldn't feel bad about buying the number that you did; after all, you will use them all. Eventually. LOL All 3 of these are fantastic! My fave has to be the Blessings sign. Looks so cute hanging from the coat hook. Enjoyed your video!
These are so beautiful!!! I got married and moved in to a new home in February, and haven’t been able to decorate very much due to the quarantine. Your videos inspire me and I can’t wait to recreate some of your DIYs!
Love these! I do not get upset because if I see something I like I get a bunch too. Plus you can order everything at Dollar Tree website, granted usually 24 of the same item but most stores will let you exchange them. I just ordered 24 packages of the new small foam roses to use on the jumbo heart ❤
Very nice farmhouse ideas. I purchased a miter box that came with a small handsaw off of Amazon. I think I paid maybe 20.00 for it. I love it..I no longer have to worry my dad to use his tools
Love the blessings sign most! man, i miss dollar tree....Im immune compromised and trying to stay home so I don't get sick, but I still get to watch all the hauls and crafting from home :) thanks for sharing
Me too! I've been enjoying watching hauls, but honestly a bit jealous. I miss going to stores. I might go crazy if I have to stay home until there is a vaccine.
Do I hear you!! I’m an Organ Transplant Recipient & I’m in the same boat. What makes it worse, is I’m in a very Rural Area & the nearest DT is 3 hrs from me, so I only get there once in awhile to begin w/, but now? As much as I enjoy watching what everyone’s doing & the respective Hauls, at the same time...Sigh. Stay safe Everyone!!
I do not feel a bit guilty when I find something at DT that I have been looking for forever. I live in a rural area and I am so envious of all those DT hauls because y D T hardly ever gets all the same items that I see in hauls. I would take them all if I saw some of the items.lol. I really love your diys.
You could scrunch up paper towel and lightly dip it in white paint and tap it around your planters to give it a little bit more of a galvanized metal look.
Beautiful diys ma... all of them look store bought. I've also gotten stared at while shopping at DT craft isle but i think if they wanted them they should have grab'em not my problem..I wouldn't give it too much thought of what others might or might not think! Keep them DT diys coming i LOVE them you're so creative ma...God bless stay safe.
I love all of your videos! You create such beautiful projects, and you are so gorgeous! I'm so glad I discovered your channel! You got me interested in crafting again. Thank you so much! I can hardly wait to see what you create next!!
Same w the items I hoard at the dollar tree....I split them all up and usually hide them in my cart...I do online order as well but sometimes If its there you just need it!
I loved all your ideas today. You made that bow with the Blessings looks so simple to make. I don't feel guilty about getting more than multiples of the same items if I am going to use them, I figures others do this all the time to me. LOL. Keep sending us Love Katelyn.
Don't feel guilty about buying large amounts. If it's there buy it. That's why it's there. Love the farmhouse things you do.
Don’t be embarrassed about buying a lot ! You have a family to take care of and you make AMAZING crafts ! People need to mind their business! Keep those craft ideas coming please!!!😊

So cute, Katelyn! 💕 Girl, you buy what you want and need to buy. Don’t feel bad about it!
Love your crafts. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can and can’t by. We all work hard for our money and can spend it as we choose. You are buying these items for your diys on your channel to support your family. It was very hard to be quarantined, Places are slowly reopening here in Canada! Take care!

Don't ever feel bad, i work in daycare and i love diy crafts i always buy like 15 of something especially when i have fun crafts for the prek kids.
Katelyn you've got the right to purchase whatever you want just like anyone else
Valentines day home craft, like farmhouse style.
Yes, I love that they stay alive!! ❤️🤣
To cut my small wood projects, I use a small handsaw from Dollar Tree I found in the hardware section. Your diy's are beautiful and so budget friendly.
Yes they are so fun to paint! Thank you!!
Fun Fact: you can use the base/frame from wooden puzzles for toddlers (since they are bound to loose a piece or 2.) You can make an *adorable* tea tray. I made one for our wedding, I added handles & little feet, stained it... I was so surprised at how nice it turned out.
I agree with Jackie Foster, buy what you want, that's what it is there for..great job, love your videos
Thank you! ❤️
Your blessings sign would be perfect by a collage of family pictures or by your "little blessings", children!
Thanks for sharing!

Im not a farmhouse gal, more boho type, BUT the windmill project was so nice!!! Loved it!! TFS!⚘
I’ve never seen those plastic planters at our DT. Those planters look lovely!!!
Love the windmill planters
I love the sign I just did my kitchen in the black and white buffalo
I really like the windmill plantar, BUT the sign with lambs ear is gorgeous .. tfs
I love the windmills! I like the other 2 also!
Your hammered painted pots would be adorable on a wood stand making them look like old fashioned wash tubs.
Cute idea! ❤️
Those tiny crates are the cutest thing
You are so good at what you do. These are all just gorgeous. I love them. Haven’t been to Dollar tree in a couple of weeks until TODAY. I make some clothespin wreaths and I got all they had out. I use the little hack saw from DT works great. To order you have to buy a case and that is way more then is needed sometimes.
i have about a dozen of those plastic containers which i used in my craft room till we moved. this gives me an idea of what i can do with some of them.
that is the best craft i have seen using the windmill.
I love your farmhouse decor!!! I don't feel bad when I purchase more than five of something I see other people do it all the time.
don't feel bad for buying something at a store!!! they can order more and the store should be happy to get the sale!- Love all your ideas!
Love the blessings sign. I dont get to go to the dollar tree very often so i do grab a few extra. Usually the wreath forms. I did grab 4 packs of the carrots and three bags of the foam Easter eggs
I use a small miter hand saw and box for making miniatures. I use it for making trim cuts but, it works great for cutting for other craft projects.
I need to get a smaller one! ❤️
I love the wind mill product
I’m new to your vids. I enjoy just watching you work and listening to your sweet voice. You seem like the sweetest person ever. I know what you mean...I would feel bad about taking too many of one item too. I’m always worried about inconveniencing others.
That's sounds so cute! ❤️❤️❤️
Love the blessings sign!
Absolutely gorgeous mugs!!! So much fun. The mugs are one of my favorite crafts you do. You make crafting exciting and entertaining! Thanks for your hard work and sharing your creativity!!❤❤❤

I did like all 3 but did like the blessings sign. You are an adorable
Cute idea!! Thank you! ❤️
I got the windmills and the crates and the cardboard signs! I actually have this stuff! Thank you for giving me some suggestions!
Grab em all. I never get lucky to find enough
Love all, especially the last sign!
Homerun all beautiful pcs. Thanks for sharing. Kim
Thank you so much for being such a great teacher! You always explain why you are doing a certain step and what the ultimate results will be. You are the best!
I would love to see a video of you making a succulent welcome sign!
I buy what I need , I'm the amount I need. And I sure get !ran looks. I just smile! Besides, I'm 71,soo!!!
Congrats!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love these! I do not get upset because if I see something I like I get a bunch too. Plus you can order everything at Dollar Tree website, granted usually 24 of the same item but most stores will let you exchange them. I just ordered 24 packages of the new small foam roses to use on the jumbo heart ❤
The Blessed sign is very nice
I love the little windmills!!❤
Very nice farmhouse ideas. I purchased a miter box that came with a small handsaw off of Amazon. I think I paid maybe 20.00 for it. I love it..I no longer have to worry my dad to use his tools
Dollar Tree loves it when you buy everything. That's how they know what the cool stuff is! ❤️
The last round blessings sign you created was amazing!!!
Beautiful love them all my favorite the wind mill
Love the blessings sign most! man, i miss dollar tree....Im immune compromised and trying to stay home so I don't get sick, but I still get to watch all the hauls and crafting from home :) thanks for sharing
Yes, I'm enjoying what other people are finding too!! Stay safe! ❤️
She seems like such a sweetheart. I enjoy watching her videos.
Thank you! 🤗❤️
Your presentation was inspiring. Loved the blessing sign. Thank you fir sharing.
You might try planting herbs in your tray. When grown it would be full and you can write the plant type on your little boards.
Everything came out great...love the lil circle blessings...Tfs...blessings...stay safe...💕🌷💕...
I love all of they are beautiful. My grandma used to tell me don’t be greedy and take it all , but grandma wasn’t a crafter either 👍🏼🤣
I do not feel a bit guilty when I find something at DT that I have been looking for forever. I live in a rural area and I am so envious of all those DT hauls because y D T hardly ever gets all the same items that I see in hauls. I would take them all if I saw some of the items.lol. I really love your diys.
Love all your projects but girl that little Blessings sign stole my heart! Thanks for sharing. Stay safe
Thank you! ❤️
Loved the Blessing sign!!
You could scrunch up paper towel and lightly dip it in white paint and tap it around your planters to give it a little bit more of a galvanized metal look.
You can get mini miter boxes in manual or electric to cut the wood for small projects.
First come, first serve! Lol
I agree they look very high end
Yes I agree!! 🤗
