I did this wreath last year with black and white buffalo check for my daughter and hung a painted wooden initial of their last name with a tiny sprig of mistletoe, painted white and distressed a tiny bit with black paint. She loved it. I love all of these and thank you so much for sharing with us!!
Fishing line Katelyn. It’s cheap, clear and can be used for an incredible number of crafts. Also,it’s super strong. Love the crafts they’re all beautiful.
I'm only 48 seconds into this video and I can already see this beautiful young lady hosting her own DIY segment on a tv show like Hallmark's Home & Family. I know the crafts are going to be awesome!!
Love the tall snowmen candles... The last candle you could add rice, popcorn or fake snow to raise the candle up. LOVE LOVE the two candles in the back ground with sheet music. Great tutorial, as you always show us. Thank you for sharing :)
The snowman is so cute, what a great idea, I have seen these also, but didn't know what to do with them.......... now I know!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful crafting gift with us!! If the paper was modge podged on the outside of the jar you could burn a candle inside, I think that would be cute too.
Katelyn! I tried watching other dollar tree channels and I just do not like them! Your tutorials are the BEST! Thank you for doing it step by step and actually explaining what you’re doing! I very much appreciate and love your Channel! 🎄
I love all of your crafts but I am really loving the simple candles. They look like something you buy at a high end store. So beautiful. Thanks for the ideas
I love that you do voice over videos!!! I get lost in other videos because they are talking while thinking, but with voice overs you get straight to the point and it’s so easy to follow! I’m about to go get the stuff to make the scarf wreath!! Love the Pinterest inspired theme!!! ♥️♥️♥️
I've been watching your channel for 2 weeks now. You have given me so many wonderful ideas. I love all of them. If anything turns out I will have to send you a picture. Thank you so much for your time and creativity.
These DIY’S were just awesome! Perfect for a women’s church group craft day! I will for sure be making these, thank you for sharing your ideas. I love that they’re easy AND inexpensive to make!!! 😀
Katelyn, I prefer your version of the scrapbook paper tree. The papers you chose and the glittery star coordinate so nicely! But I think the scarf wreath has to be my favorite.
I love the white candles that you turned into snowmen. Thinking about making something like this to have my daughter give her kindergarten teachers ! ⛄
Love all these, Katelyn!!! My fav is the wreath! And, the cute lil snowmen candles! I think i will make a ton of them before Thanksgiving, place them on my antique foyer table, as my guests leave let them all choose one! Great video!
Your ideas are crazy pretty and cute. If you know of any friends that have baby food jars, they make cute two layer snowmen and snowgirls, and angels too, then add tea lights. I really enjoyed your video. Thanks for taking time to record and post it!❤
Absolutely loved all the projects. I am new to crafting and I feel I can make these items and be proud to give as gifts. Thank you so much. I am learning a lot from you and really enjoy your videos.
Great looking crafts! Thank you for sharing them with us. I really appreciate how you explain every detail of what you are doing. It helps to make for a fun and successful crafting experience.
I am getting a head start on Christmas this year. I am loving the scrappy tree. I did something like the scarf wreath you posted last year, it is really cute. I like the candles, I have made them as gifts adding sheet music to the candle. It looks so pretty when it lit. I love your channel, you make beautiful things.
Katelyn I absolutely loved all your ideas! I think I will make the tall white candles in both styles for gifts as we visit over the holidays! Thanks for sharing your talents!
Yes I've already started on Christmas projects. I've gotten 4 done so far😁. I know my store doesn't have everything out yet but I've used what I can find so far. I wish d.t. started carrying scrapbook paper, I don't have a Michael's near me. I absolutely love all of these!! Totally making the candles and use as gifts. Love the paper tree. I can't get enough of your crafts, you are my inspiration Katelyn!! Thanks for sharing!!👍👍🌲🍭⛄
I love your ideas. I’m not ready to start Christmas decorations. I’m enjoying all of my Fall decorations. I plan to start my Christmas decorating the week of Thanksgiving.
Wonderful projects. Excellent interpretations of Pinterest projects. As always, detailed start to finish tutorials. Wishing you a super week. Hugs Susan
Katelyn, I love everything you’ve made, ever! 😁 I am in love with the scarf wreath, though. My nieces are coming to visit this weekend and I’m going to get the stuff for all of us to make one. To keep or give as gifts. It’s a great craft (Kraft) for people who aren’t particularly crafty. Your Dollar Tree videos are so fun to watch and are completely doable. Thank you so much! ❤️
I love your idea of mixing water with paint for a stain, but I took it one step further. I never throw out my acrylic paint bottles. I just add water to the bottle (there is very little paint in the bottle) and that is my stain. You are just such an inspiration to me. Thx
So precious, Katelyn, all of them. I am really loving your Christmas crafts this year. They are ridiculously cute. And I’m a serious Pinterest addict, so this style video screams my name haha...Thank you so much for all you do, Katelyn. Look forward to more of your fantastic diy’s!! 😘
Here's a tip... on the candle project you could always decorate the ribbon where you joined it and hot glued it. By time you add your picks to it, it covers up the spot you joined the ribbon
If you did want to burn a candle in the jar, you could always mod podge the paper to the outside. It wouldn't look the same, but it would still be really cute. I have done several glass candle holders with book pages that had cut outs, and I am currently working on a set of memorial candles for my neighbor in honor of her granddaughter, who was tragically killed a few months ago.
I should have waited to comment! They are all so adorable! I think I’m going to have to add all these to my “must make” list that is getting way too long watching all you creative ladies! 😊
Thank you so much for these DIYs. I really like the candles I think they would make great personal gifts. And I also love the red and black Buffalo print on the wreath. But everything is so great. Thanks so much for sharing.

I'm absolutely obsessed with the red truck decor you get in Dollar Tree. Living in the UK though their hard to find & what I have found are way, way overpriced so I'd really appreciate if you could do a DIY or tutorial on anything red truck, Christmas inspired decor!!💛💛💛
These projects were all just festive, warm and just made me feel so good about getting ready for the holidays. And, of course, I would ever single one in my house. I’m sure I could find a spot for each and everyone. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful talents but for making me feel very happy n excited for the season to start...!!👏👏🤗🤗👍👍
I think I will try to make the wreath. I have some cute Christmas fabric I can rip into strips thanks for the idea. I honestly think you get more bang for your buck from walmart
Awesome! Loved all of these. I look at Pinterest quite a bit to draw inspiration. I'm working on ornaments right now...gnomes and jingle bells. I hope to start on decor by this weekend 😀. I gathered my grapevines today for my wreath. That'll be my biggest project for the weekend, unless I change my mind.....again 😂
You need a paper trimmer! That would make your life a little easier...🥰. I made the skinny candles into Rae Dunn inspired ones with my Cricut and tied black and white checked ribbon around the top...may need to get more to copy your project!!! Adorable! Great idea for Pinterest-Inspired video!! TY!
I loved how you took Pinterest ideas and made them real for so little money! I love what you create. TFS!!!
I did this wreath last year with black and white buffalo check for my daughter and hung a painted wooden initial of their last name with a tiny sprig of mistletoe, painted white and distressed a tiny bit with black paint. She loved it. I love all of these and thank you so much for sharing with us!!

Total newbie here! Just bought a cricut and a bunch of dollar tree goodies, trying to learn from the veterans here. Very excited!
I made the scarf wreath today. I used a black and white buffalo check scarf and I hung two white mittens from the top. Thanks for the great idea!

Great little projects !!! I LOVE the tip about putting the LED candle down inside the real little candle to make it taller !!! Thanks for that tip !!!
I've been watching your channel for 2 weeks now. You have given me so many wonderful ideas. I love all of them. If anything turns out I will have to send you a picture. Thank you so much for your time and creativity.

These crafts would be perfect for elementary school kids to do as Christmas gifts for their parents!
B Bear they’d have to be some pretty talented kids...
Marilyn Ryan lol, not for cutting out paper, and gluing with cold glue
Katelyn, I prefer your version of the scrapbook paper tree. The papers you chose and the glittery star coordinate so nicely! But I think the scarf wreath has to be my favorite.
I love that wreath!!! and it could even be done with other fabric so its not only in our beloved farmhouse style. Love it.
Yes, the photo I used as inspiration had a blue scarf and it was beautiful! ❤️
You could put some beans or sand in the jar to put the led candle on so it is raised up inside. Fun crafts!
Hello Katelyn I Love, Love, Love all your crafts you do . Thank you for sharing. So until next time God Bless you and have a Blessed day
I love the white candles that you turned into snowmen. Thinking about making something like this to have my daughter give her kindergarten teachers ! ⛄
