Motorola's phones are for people who just need something reliable without any complicated or expensive gimmicks to worry about. I've had a flagship from every major manufacturer and honestly you end up paying for too many things you don't need, only for a better model to come out 12 months later. It's a waste of money. The Moto lineup is like the Toyota of the phone market - not special by any means, but unmatched in terms of reliability and budget.
I've had a G22 now for about 6 months, and I love it. Probably not for you if you're an online gamer, but I'm not. Ridiculously good value for what you get, battery life is great, the camera is more than adequate, and I love the dual SIM facility.
Software is pricier than hardware nowadays, so naturally cheap phones won't have the best update schedule. But with this price, that's easily forgivable.
I just bought this one because my Pixel 4a is not supported anymore while it could last me easialy a couple of years more. The Moto G32 is bigger, slower but very cheap. I don't want expensive phones. Only use it for calling, really yes I do call with a phone, read mail and some apps like banking. Hopefully is suites me for a year. But I don't like the size, it's to big. And I can see it's a bit slower than the Pixel and sometimes less responsive. And the fingerprint scanner on the side is a disaster. Should be on the back. Much more logic and easier.
I would opt for the newer phone that has a (slightly) brighter update future ahead of it if they were the same price. The G31 is an older model, should be cheaper.

Now here in India It is launched with 8GB of RAM and very cheap price, 10K INR... Really worth it...
99 in UK ppi is over 400 so looks like a good screen. Decent spec imo
I hope next year phones will have symmetrical bezel unlike this with thick chin bezel.

It supports 30W Turbo Charging and comes with the charger which is making me consider this over the Moto G62. I know, crazy right?
I bought a G32 at a bargain price of 100 euros, but I am not satisfied with the wi-fi, weak signal, disconnection.
Ah that;s it. Mine also looses connection often while I'm at home and have very good router.
I have a G30. best cost perf phone I ever purchased.
Does it have a fm radio app?
yup
I like the limited bloatware Motorola phones come with, not like my Samsung...
