Very useful information about mass concrete.
Masha Allah nice presentation 👍
Zabardast Informative Video da Engr... Thank you Allah Am Khushala sata o rogh Sehat sara... Da taso che kam Slide or Note use kare de video ke nu da taso share kawale shy ya na.😃
Shukerya rora . Mail waka on 2iconstructionz@gmail.com.
Thanks Brother
ACI state 3.1 after placement of concrete shall not exceed 70 c, not during the concrete pouring time.
Yes 👍
Dear can you share the MS document?
Every project has there own projects specifications and their own method of statement.. so you can check from your team.. I am sorry to not providing these documents in your personal email...
😂maximum temperature difference mentioned in your method statement is 35 farenheit or 19 degree celcius......actually 35 farenheit is right, but it is only 1.7 degree celcius only....not 19 degree Celsius.......we can consider temperature difference in mass concrete while curing period is about 2 to 3 max....degree Celsius........did your consultant approved this 19 degree Celsius????....
Woowww you are a lucky contractor man....great
Thank you for your message and concern. Yes, there is a mistake in that particular sentence. You are requested to check Section 3.1 and Section 6 for the correct information.
The correct value for temperature variations is 19°C, as mentioned in the standards for Mass concrete. It has already been mentioned two to three times in this video. I am requesting you to also correct your information. Thank you.
@@2iconstructions918 my friend, pls read my comment properly.....
What i am trying to say is 35 farenheit is not 19 celsius....its just only 1.7 celsius....... and the right answer for thermal difference between surface and core concrete is only just 35 farenheit as per the ACI codes.....formula for farenheit to Celsius is
(35°F − 32) × 5/9 = 1.667°C,
(160°F −32)×5/9 =71.111°C
...
I think this MS prepared by just copying and pasting the wrong information which is available from the google......
from where you got 19 celcius .....????😢😢😢
Pls just refer ACI -301-20, section 8, for mass concrete and its thermal control differences
@dreamscomestrueforme My very dear brother, if you have ACI 301-20 section 8 temperature limits part 8.1.3 a & b right now, kindly check. And then respond me accordingly..
@@2iconstructions918 can you tell me what will be the 35 farenheit in Celsius?
@dreamscomestrueforme
Acceptance Criteria According to the project specifications which referred to ACI 301 Item 8.1.3 the concrete mix shall meet the following criteria:
a) Maximum temperature in concrete after placement shall not exceed 70°C.
b) Maximum temperature difference between the center and the surface of placement shall not exceed 19°C
