The SP affirmations are addressing my SC in relation to relationships 😢 I couldn't understand why I was getting anxiety when I did the 10k sp affirmations 😵 and I woke up this morning with this realization 🙏🏻🤗 I pushed through and I'm so grateful that I did. Omg yes! When affirmations give me anxiety I used to stop them and do ones that made me feel good, but I just learned that the ones that give me anxiety r the ones I have to push through n persist with bc the anxiety is caused by my subconscious clinging to what it already knows which means the opposite is engrained so the anxiety now is j a signal that the affirmations are working!! I love it now. If I feel any anxiety on anything I lean into it because I know that that fear is j a sign on what I need to change my belief on n then things will align.

You don’t need to believe your own affirmations. You can say them yourself and feel weird. Just keep on going, when your subconscious is saturated, those affirmations will feel normal and natural. You can do this, he/she is already yours ❤

Yes!! Also that matters is that u don’t allow the old story room in ur head and only let the new story in. I personally love listening to affirmations bc when I affirm alone my brain sometimes spirals but when I listen to a track even if I start to spiral the track will say the next affirmation anyways n it’ll help me catch myself!! My first manifestation was basically only through tracks. It’s just whatever works for u to make u believe ur desire is urs! I literally constantly have a track on j to remind me. I usually need tracks for a while until it starts to really sink in n then after that I can affirm myself more it’s j what works for you!
