Ingredients
Tangzhong
-20g. Bread Flour
-120g. Milk
Bread Mixture
-120g. Milk
-325g. Bread Flour
-6g. Instant Yeast
~50g. Egg
-30g. Sugar
-1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
~140g. Tangzhong
-30g. Salted Butter (Room Temperature)
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-25 mins, or until the internal temperature is 205°F-210°F( 96°C-99°C).
