Very rarely do I give a thumbs up on any video on here, but I did on this one. I will attempt to make this recipe but I will leave off the peppers. I have no desire of destroying the taste of the pork.
Thanks!!! I would definitely add a few of the peppers they really are what makes this pot roast different and is a wonderful taste. If you don’t want the heat but the flavor you might add the canned banana peppers.

what if you dont want that much liquid when you are done, can you add less water?? I know you have to have some amount of liquid, but I want less?
Chris Fry a lot of the liquid comes from the pork. You could turn on the sautés option for a bit and cook it down
