Timely video (Super Bowl Sunday upon us). Was going to do the chuck roast but between $5.00-$7.95lb for it ah, no. Pork butt was $1.99lb here today so MS Pork Roast for it is! Mine took 4.5hrs to get to 160 internal on 280 temp setting for the pellet smoker. Put it in Dutch oven on gas grill for another 2.5 hours. Absolutely delicious!
