@@SpinetapThat title is a revolving door in that band anyway, everytime Dave recruits someone else after the last one has left there's a new Metal Injection article saying "Dave Mustaine says (new guy) is the best guitarist Megadeth has ever had" . His style and attitude fit In Flames so much better.
I read the setlist for friday at Dalhalla brinner and holy shit i did not expect them to play this gem. I was at Dalhalla the next day and they unfortunately did not play it.
Bjorn is good, but he doesn't have the chops to pull this off live. Neither did Jesper when he was still there, who was always the more technical player. They have the legendary Chris Broderick now, a guy who doesn't shy away from playing other peoples' formidable solos like Tornado of Souls.
Wow! I was just speaking to a friend about this festival and had to check the set list. HOLY SHIT! I freaked out even though I wasn’t there to see this live.
He said "får se om det här händer igen", basically they will see if they will perform this song live again. Even with chris, i just think song is too difficult, and due to obscurity it doesnt get the traction live that you usually want as a performer
Wow! Never expected them to ever play this gem again
Nice, finally one of my favorite IF songs got played and Chris nailed the solo very well! They should play it more in other shows.
I pray to whatever fucking God there is, that they keep this in the set list I 🙏 🤘🤘🔥🔥
Not nice, AMAZING!
Finally they play this Live!!!!! They should perform the whole "The Jester Race" album!!! 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Not even just the best In Flames song. This is the blueprint for the melodic death metal genre.
Which one do you figure is best
@@mxmanghe's saying it's not JUST the best song, but also the best song/blueprint that melodic death metal came from
The fact they played this again is so amazing i hope they keep this a staple
Holyyyy shiiiittttttt🔥🔥🔥🔥😳😳😳😳🇸🇪
Historical moment
The crowd was absolutely mesmerized by the solo
December Flower into Behind Space... wow man. That's some bucket list shit
5:03 "We are In Flames!" Yes. Yes you are.
In Jesper Stromblad we trust 🔥
Nah, dude can’t even play live anymore lol

Glenn Ljungström wrote that solo. One of the hardest guitar solo to pull it off right Live

Almost makes me emotional
IDK if this was the first time since 96'. I'm pretty sure I heard them play it during the Clayman tour with Iced Earth.
Crazy to hear the solo live finally. Not a perfect take, but still good.
I've seen them play it in the early 2000's in Chicago.
No way they played the second solo though, right?
Damn, I wish I could have gone

Bro come on it is not that hard. Especially not for Chris.
I came.
omg Chris brodrick dug up 😊😊😊
snooziest crowd i've ever seen
Imagine still making money off Jesper's works
He didn't write the whole song.
Jesper didn't even play the solo
