- As a large bear was spotted roaming around Burbank, security video captured the moment the bear enjoyed a refreshing dip in a pool. As bears emerge out of hibernation for the spring season, sightings have increased as the search for food begins.
On Tuesday, video captured the bear roaming the front yard of a Burbank home before strolling to the backyard and dipping its paws into the cool water. “He’s a pretty big bear,” said Argishti Martirosyan, the homeowner. “He’s huge, obviously it’s a scary sight to see.”

"black" bears are milder tempered as far as bears are concerned, but still should be careful
They call it "black bear", but it's actually a brown bear.

I am up in Ojai and we have a mountain lion that is attacking peoples dogs while they are on a leash and under the control of their owner. Now that is scary. A bear in a pool? Whatever.
Well if you are close enough to the lion you should be glad it didn't attack you instead.
@@JessTalkTV yes, the lion threatened to attack the woman and stared her down. She let go of the leash and then it grabbed her dog and took off with it. So I guess you think the human is lucky and you don't give a damn about the dog?
I used to live in Ventura and my grandparents were in Ojai. 😅 We had tarantula's and coyotes back then. 😅
In Burbank?! I live in Northern Idaho in the forest of Rocky Mountains and have never seen a Bear yet!! 😅 Los Angeles is wild!! 😜 Im glad we moved in 2011.
I have never had a bear in or around our pool area here in Florida, but I have found a snake or two inside the screen room around the pool. My wife would have freaked out about the snakes if she knew. I wonder what her reaction would be to a bear laying back in our pool behind our Florida room? Shalom
You are more likely to find an alligator in your pool 😂
@@JessTalkTV If it were not enclosed I would agree as we life right on a big lake. I have found at times a few gators in the lake, but the state is good at removing them. Shalom
bears cannot sweat so they need a bath to cool down
