Between WhatCulture, PWI and Xavier Woods, I don't think a single question was asked that illicited any form of reaction by either Lesnar or Heyman. They're just...going through the motions right now.
Yeah, Brock did show a bit of fortitude when he asked Xavier about Booty O's, but that was about as engaged as brock was all night haha

Paul Heyman ruined Brock Lesnar. Brock was never the stubborn, difficult asshole he currently is until he was paired up with Paul Heyman. Heyman turned the greatest prize fighter the human race has ever produced into the most uncharismatic jerk no one is willing pay money to see wrestle anymore, just because of his inferiority complex to, and bitter personal history with Vince McMahon.
Paul knew his only life raft back into the business was on Brock Lesnar's coat tails, so he convinced Brock he'd become a bigger draw by keeping kayfabe alive and staying in-character at all times. Only problem with that is kayfabe doesn't work when you're the only guy doing it. At that point, you're just being an obtuse asshole for no good reason (.....aside from allowing Paul Heyman to raise his profile and to be of use as his 24/7 mouthpiece).
The worst thing that ever happened to Brock Lesnar wasn't diverticulitis. It was Paul Heyman. Hell, his own wife Sable can't stand him and wishes he'd get away from Paul because of how smarmy and disingenuous he is. She knows he's just using Brock to poison an industry he failed at mastering on his own.

Yes. He is. Brock's actually a great guy in real life. He's actually very grateful, has a sharp business mind, is quite religious, and privately donates to local charities. It's Paul Heyman who's ruined him and turned him into such a jerk as a result of his own career frustrations and inferiority complex to Vince McMahon after ECW fizzled in the early 2000s. Brock's own wife, Sable, doesn't trust or like Paul. She sees how much he's poisoning his marketability.
Ask any wrestler or anyone else of similar insight who was in WWE during Brock's first stint run with the company in 2002-04, and they'll all tell you Brock Lesnar never became a difficult, paranoid jerk unwilling to give any ground until he was paired up with Paul Heyman as his manager.
It's no secret. Read any of his books or pull up any of his old interviews prior to 2014, and Paul Heyman will admit that despite working for them, he has never-- nor will he ever in the future either --truly like WWE. And it's not just the philosophical differences of what WWE is, and what it stands for either. Paul has a bitter personal history with Vince that he'll likely never get over; dating back to Paul's first tenure at WWE in 2000s when his ECW relaunch imploded, and Vince's alpha male characteristics of openly ridiculing Paul in front of the other employees whenever he was unhappy with his ideas or his work.
