Thanks for the tour. We started our home building journey back at the beginning of January and they are just now finally getting to the slab on our Monroe. I love the sun room and way you split the master bedroom with a separate sitting area. Were those custom upgrades? If I had known those were options I think I would have done that as well. After walking through the unfinished model, the master bedroom almost feels too big without that separation.

I’m really big on defined spaces, lol! We also added a half wall outside our bedroom that I eventually want to make a dry bar area. 🤗 You’re gonna love your Monroe! Beautiful and lots of great choices were made too! I always wanted to be an architect but...math lol. Actually didn't live near a college that had an accredited architectural program and college at the ones were even a state or two away were just not in my price range. Single parent raising two rowdy but cute boys who were priority so I had at least started and made a career of drafting so I can draw those floor plans. I work for a company who fabricates glass so seeing all those windows made me happy. Always know that you can upgrade those mirrors for not too much money and all that lol...jk. Can't wait to see what you do with this when you make it your home with all the things too!

Congratulations!! It’s a bit smaller than the kids bedroom upstairs and doesn’t have a walk in closet. However, the en-suite full bathroom was our priority for that space. Also the windows definitely open up the space and helps to give it a wider feel. I hope that helps!

I love the doors on the office! I work at home and did something similar with a french style door with window panes. So pretty!
