Hi! Thank you so much for stopping by! I would love to make a video dedicated to this, alone. In short, we paid all of our debt off, following Dave Ramsey’s debt snowball plan, back in 2016. Then we started a real estate company and purchased our first investment property in December of 2018, using majority of our savings. By 2020 our business took off and we worked on maintaining that income, along with our better credit. Thanks to God, it’s been up from there. It took a while, but God’s timing is perfection. We were able to meet some wise people who taught told us about CPA’s and home loans that we didn’t even know about. Which would also be a good video, because it’s so much to be said. So, I say pray, make a plan and stick to it! Also, check out Dave Ramsey. His money management plan Is hard, but it truly helped us.

I love how the floors flow in the direction of the entryway. I never understood homes that floors cutting across especially in long hallways. Makes to space seem shorter and its odd, at least to me.
