@Haider Saba I wouldn't actually categorize this as a puzzle game, more like some platforming mixed with some rpg elements and stealth. though some parts do have some puzzle solving, but when I think of a puzzle it's something that's more complex to solve. in this game I would compare the puzzles kind of like what you get in Tomb Raider games, but a little different since it involves rats. but the game pretty much shows you how to get around them from the start. now when it came to getting around the Inquisition while dealing with rats was much more challenging, but that's stealth.
Definetively one great soundtrack. While not loving any single track in particular (like one would do in games such as Halo, for example), there were many great ones that carried a vast array of emotions.
I just finished the game about 20 minutes ago. I first bought Requiem because of all the awards it was nominated for. I played it for about 30 minutes and stopped myself. I said, I NEED to play Innocence first. Because I need to understand and capture the relationship between Amicia and Hugo. I am so glad I did. I started playing Innocence, and in one straight shot, I completed it. I couldnt put it down. I was so engaged, so enthralled. I am 32 years old and these days, its hard for me to find a game to capture me and latch me enough for a 10 hour straight gaming session. This game did exactly that. This game made me feel so many emotions, and the young voice actors did an unbelievable job. I KNOW without their amazing work, it would have destroyed any connection to these characters. My god, what an experience. This game is truly a masterpiece, and I CANNOT wait to continue Requiem.
This was one of the best game experiences I have ever played. The raw scenes, beautifully scenery, amazing storyline, and more added so many unique things to the game. I loved the gameplay by being able to control what could happen and solving puzzles throughout. My favorite part of the gameplay was the music as well! I will definitely be playing this again.
Honestly, this game sits up there with the first last of us in my book. I can not describe how the characters, voice acting, writing and music have influenced me. I played ‘a plague tale Innocence’ for the first time just before E3 2021. I finished innocence the same night after they announced requiem. I can not wait. I know requiem is in good hands lol.
In fact, I dare to say this is much better than The Last of Us. I thought it had more original ideas and more likeable characters. Amicia and Hugo's chemistry was soo natural.
I absolutely adore this game. The music and game art is so incredibly beautiful and the storyline so compelling and touching. I was a little bit sad that I finished it!
I’m shocked Charlotte was 17 at the time of recording VA for the first game . She is extremely talented& her performance in the second game is outstanding as well.
They succeeded in everything they set out to do. Playing Innocence for the first time then starting Requiem immediately after and playing it as much as possible over a few days until I finished it was an experience like no other I’ve ever had in gaming. I’ve never been as moves by a game/games as I was following the ending of Requiem. Masterpiece! I’m so grateful to this studio for creating such an incredible journey for me to experience. I love how everything is made with the game's engine, I just finished it and I must say it on pair with the big ones. The first timw I played it I was amazed about how they achieved these graphics and gameplay on my fat Xbox One., the ones that made this game possible deserve al the possible credit 👏 👏 👏.
The game really is underrated. I was expecting "eh it was cool" then move on. But already after the parent's death I was hooked. Finished the game in one go.

Absolutely incredible voice actingfrom Alicia (Charolette McBurney). Heavy gamers, and dialogue what it is, she nailed the role. Looking forward to more from her. The game was super enjoyable for its playstyle, pretty different from what we're used to. I'll second the sound track too, builds well; and the atmosphere is stupendous.

The gameplay was so unique, I never play game like this one.. Gruesome sometimes.. but their way of story telling is awesome.. They has their way to increase the difficulty of the game without changing so many elements. You have to play smart and use the effective way to win this game.

Both Hugo and Logan are absolutely adorable! I love it how they hired a real child to do the child's voice. I haven't played this game, yet I see how well they portrayed his childhood during that time, his dialogues are just those you would expect from a five year older. I know I will cry a lot with this game when I have a chance of playing it. ❤️
Wrapping up my 3rd playthrough, 2 when it came out and this one the remastered PS5 version, and it still holds up I just love and adore how it feels like your playing a traditional storybook but a dark ass storybook 😁👍🏾
this game is a masterpiece, it deserved way more recognition than what it got and even some AAA game. The setting, the story progression, character growth it's all great and very well done. Massive props to the voice actors that did such an amazing job at bringing the characters to life. Charlotte McBurney was expectially great as Amicia, and I'm seriously hoping she does something like this again in the future. By now the sequel is already out, but i haven't had the chance to play it yet, and I really hope it is just as good or maybe better than this one was.

I just finished this game an hour ago. I’ve been playing video games since I was 4 (I’m 20 now) and A Plague Tale is in my top 10. Maybe even top 5. Stunning piece of work. Congratulations to the creators. They certainly earned it.

Amicia such a strong character than she appears. Love the bond with Hugo and the elements of sibling relationship when it's time to step up. Possibly the best girl power character after Ellie from TLOUS. The voice from Hugo is so childlike innocent. Really good.
I totally adored the English voice cast overall in this game. Amicia and Hugo had such sweet voices, very good casting! And the game itself is such a wonderful piece of art. Hope to see sequel soon! :)
This game was an absolute blast, also historically accurate about the diseases and how rats were a serious problem back then. I was totally immersed while playing and enjoying practically everything. I'm sure Requiem will follow the same line like Innocence was, or even better. Keep it up the incredibile work guys 💪🏿

This game is so damn good and Requiem has been a lot of fun to play. I think I’m on chapter 7 of Requiem. The environments are just so beautiful!
