Wow, I love how you framed it. I've been eyeing that horse DP for a while now as I am in love with horses and dragons lol. Thanks for showing the completed project, I love it! Thanks for sharing x
Oh my gosh, I’m seriously so impressed by how DIY crafty and handy you are. This is such a great idea for those awkward canvas sizes, and it turned out SO well. I love it! Thank you for sharing and demo-ing all the steps - I’ll have to give this a try sometime!
I LOVE THIS!!! I am working on several paintings that are gifts and there is no way that I can afford to buy a custom for them. Thanks so much for the instructions! Hope your New Year is starting out wonderfully!
@@tinyworldsofwonder Quick question, did you use your phone or a computer to purchase from UK Picture Framing Supplies? I'm trying to use my phone and it's not letting it ship to the US.
They do! The plexiglass definitely has some reflectiveness to it, so it isn't quite like the bare drills, but I think it's equivalent to glass that doesn't have a special anti-reflective coating. :)
Awesome idea thanks!!! Omg I am addicted to Stephanie Littlebird's artwork. I just ordered Transformation. Why haven't you reviewed her? LMAO I can't believe it is taking Two Spirit over a week to get across Ohio. Our mail system really blows lately.
The finished product looks really nice. I will try this process for the next one I want to frame. While it is a few steps, it's a LOT cheaper than having it professionally framed. Thanks for the information.
Hello! I am from Slovenia. I would like to frame my diamond painting sizes width 60 cm, hight 35 cm. I can´t get it anywhere. Have you any idea where to get one? Thanks.
Hi, Vesna!! You might search for a custom frame supplier in your country. Sadly all the ones I know of are in the U.S., and it’s unlikely they ship internationally. I wonder if the UK-based site in the description would have options for you?

Hi, Edith! I’m sorry you’re having those issues. That’s really frustrating! I usually only seal if I’m working on a lower quality kit where I’m having drill issues like those you describe. This is likely not an issue you’re creating - it sounds like the glue and drills are not good quality. I’m not sure where you got your paintings, but I suggest looking into more reputable sellers with higher quality kits. I think you’ll have a much better experience. Hugs!!
You can, but that isn’t really the issue. 😀 There isn’t a standard 15.748 x 19.685 inch off-the-shelf frame size, unless you order a custom frame, which is very pricey. (I tend to dislike the look of empty space around the edges, and cutting it down to the next standard size would have meant losing a lot of image.) So it’s more a matter of finding a good fit at a budget than finding the actual size of the piece. Does that make sense? 😀
Thank you!! It definitely is a little work - honestly not terrible though, and I’m pretty uncoordinated. 😂 I have a hard time finding canvases that are the right size (same with cheap frames). How do you find the right size without having lots of edges showing? I would actually prefer a standard frame if I could find the right size. 🥰
Awesome! I love love love it! Thank you so much!
Thanks so much, Annie!

I framed a 20x28 under a glass frame from Michael's and it is so heavy! This looks like a great lightweight option. Thanks!

As a non-skilled and non-crafty person, I'm going to try to do this. Thank you for the tutorial and I'll let you know how it goes! 💗
You can do it! If I can, anyone can because I'm a wreck with tools. LOL!

@@kimberlydavis7514 I used my computer. 😀
@@tinyworldsofwonder Just found out that they are not doing any international orders due to Brexit and new customs regulations.
@@kimberlydavis7514 Seriously!?! That is a tragedy!! 😭
Does the diamonds still sparkle?
Love that painting by the way!
They do! The plexiglass definitely has some reflectiveness to it, so it isn't quite like the bare drills, but I think it's equivalent to glass that doesn't have a special anti-reflective coating. :)
Really love this idea. Do you find that when you get it under the plexi that the diamonds don't sparkle as much?
Somewhat less, yes. I would say the effect is similar to regular glass. You can get non-glare Plexiglass, which might help with that. 😀
Awesome idea thanks!!!

Thanks, Kendra!! I love her too! I unboxed Two Spirit last week, and I was blown away. She is incredible - I agree! ❤️

So you don’t just convert cm to inches?
You can, but that isn’t really the issue. 😀 There isn’t a standard 15.748 x 19.685 inch off-the-shelf frame size, unless you order a custom frame, which is very pricey. (I tend to dislike the look of empty space around the edges, and cutting it down to the next standard size would have meant losing a lot of image.) I glue mine DP to art canvas, or purchase cheap frames. Yours is nice but wayyyy to much work! Thanks for sharing though.

Looks great but...Simple??? I def would not call that a simple way to frame!!
Thanks! Simple in appearance I guess, but you’re right to say there are definitely some steps involved. 😀
