De La Salle Baseball vs Palo Alto - 3/8/24

Our 2-time defending Northern California champion baseball team is off to a 3-1 start following a 9-4 win versus Palo Alto on Friday.
Joe McGee set the table with a 3-hit day, including a triple and three runs batted in, while Hank Tripaldi and Jack Harper each had two-hit games and Antonio Castro drove in two runs. Jack Karst allowed one run over two and a third innings for the pitching win and Tommy Curran tossed two scoreless frames to close out the game. The Spartans begin league play this week with two road games at Amador Valley and Granada on Wednesday and Friday.
