The problem with pro pickleball in person viewership is the only people who might watch pro pickleball are the people who play pickleball and going to a tournament on the weekend kills your playing for the weekend. Doesn't stop you from playing football that weekend because most people are not playing. Nobody I know who plays pickleball wants to give up a couple days of pickleball playing to go watch
I don't know if Caitlin Clark is one of the best four or five guards and should make the national team or not but to say that she should be picked because people will watch is ridiculous. The USA national team is not a business... We don't care how many people watch unless your NBC who's broadcasting the Olympics. The Olympic team is not a popularity contest. The most popular gymnast in the world is Livvy dunne and you're not expecting her to make the Olympic team. We don't pick Olympic teams based on popularity or viewership
