I'm more surprised he even landed that crazy wire against the little pilot hitbox, which can be hell to try to hit with even fast machine guns and Vulcans that aren't scoped in to force their bullets to nearly fly straight. I'm assuming it has a lot to do with being familiar with the other two units that use the wire. Or the hitbox for the attack includes quite a lot of the empty space in the wire. I couldn't even see the pilot from my phone screen.
The beam launcher should be tweaked imo, such a short cd after it’s fired 6:04, being able to stunlock a suit without thrust with one weapon really shouldn’t be a thing. Up the charge or the cd is the easiest solution I can think of.
Cool suit, but definitely not rolling for it with how bad I am in doing melee chains, especially when playing a more fragile raid. I'd be fine with getting one, but I can't help compare it to the Geara Zulu EH, which has some similar mobility and is harder to stop when moving ,and does have some ability to fight from a distance with guns that stun, but doesn't have the ability to dodge or make use of multiple melee weapons. Or the Luio & Co Dijeh, which is a bit underwhelming in many ways, but can hit downed enemies hard, has a normal dodge, the flash stun, and just the one melee weapon that can really benefit from the Pursuit Melee skill while having a good BR and Vulcan for both stuns and breaking MA. I'm hoping we get something more like the Bawoo, as a true ranged raid at 600+. I much prefer being able to take off huge chunks of Support HP from a distance, and then use my melee to set them up for something like the missiles or Ranged Pursuit Program. Or just having one above-average weapon like the missiles, that have good distance and allow you to just fire on a sniper that thinks they're safe from 99% of General and Raid weapons, hit someone knocked down for big damage, or to spray into grouped up enemies for good damage and/or forcing them to panic and break positions. But the one question I want to ask is what you think the poor Geara Zulu needs. It used to have great melee and MA, when that wasn't so common for a general. Now, the melee is pretty mediocre, the suit isn't the best with HP/resistances, and the small selection of weapons are somewhat underpowered with reload times that can leave it without any stun options for about 10 seconds. I was thinking HP and Resistances, better melee modifiers, more part slots (BB's answer to almost every suit), and better mobility skills. And it could really use at least Lv1 leg cushioning, but preferably 15% or more. My ideas that I feel less likely to happen are added DC1, and an alternate firing mode for the BR (or some other sub weapon filling the same purpose.) Or lean into the melee side, and let it use two forms of the beam axe, as the Geara Doga does (not sure if it ever does in the series or any tech specifications somewhere, but using the pointed end as a sliding stab wouldn't be weird). It's just so sadly forgotten, and worse than its Dogs counterpart in almost every way, despite being 50 points higher. Your thoughts? I couldn't help wonder about the suit, after seeing you break one's legs without even seeming like that you were purposely aiming for them.
I agree that Geara Zulu needs a huge buff, I think if they implemented your suggestions, it would be strong. Personally, I think that it needs +1500 HP, LV2 Leg Buffer, LV2 Forced Injector, 50% combo modifier for the beam axe, 160% downswing modifier for the beam axe, 8 seconds reload time for the sturmfaust, 1 second cooldown time on the beam machine gun, faster RoF for the beam machine gun, 300m range for the beam machine gun and maybe a little higher mobility. I think that its beam axe doesn't have any alternate modes, but the Geara Zulu has also been seen using the regular Geara Doga beam sword+axe, so they could totally just give it that as an alternate primary choice.

2.5 seconds cooldown might be fair. It is just a slight difference, but it would give them enough time to escape.
