Reading comments on Indian Street food videos, I have come to a conclusion that there are two types of people who watch Indian street food videos- 1. People who are just there to comment all about hygiene. No matter how much the cook/chef cover himself up and follow hygiene standards, if he is Indian, they will find some or other fault and start blabbering about hygiene. 2. People who truly enjoy watching street food videos.
I was eating there when he was shooting at Food Curry Heaven. He was so excited about seeing all the food. My old office was beside this shop. We used to eat from there. It tastes awesome. I never fall ill eating this.
I'm a westerner that has lived in delhi for around 2 years and the food is just amazing. Sure they don't all look as clean as you would find in the west but on average it's quite safe to eat. I do get sick every so often from the food but in my opinion it's worth it. If you ever get to india, you should stop worrying about the food, instead worry more about the water that doesn't come straight from the bottle or a purifier.

We have got the same sweet like jalibi, it is called zoolbia in persian cuisine. Moreover we have haleem. The ingredients are totally different from what we have. Ours is made of wheat, turkey breast with cinnamon garnished with sugar or salt.

We have got the same sweet like jalibi, it is called zoolbia in persian cuisine. Moreover we have haleem. The ingredients are totally different from what we have. Ours is made of wheat, turkey breast with cinnamon garnished with sugar or salt.

No one is forcing Indian street food down anyone's throat. I visit Kolkata just for the Bhang I am so happy that I am born in India. No other country even comes close to the food culture here and I have been 20. Only country in the world where every delicious food is available for every class of the society. In Britain poor cannot even dream of eating out.
