I absolutely love my Navi. Everytime I think 'This fuel tank sucks', I think about the fact that almost every electric alternative for a small city bike has a third or so of the range, and takes hours to charge. When I'm out of gas, I just put in the station, and like 45 seconds later I got me another 65 miles or so, LOL! And an electric bike is simply not a roadtrip bike. It fits in a very specific box. Not that you would, but if you had to, you could literally, and realistically take a Navi cross country with the right charting of a course, and an extra fuel bottle. Honestly, if I was rich and could take that much time, I would absolutely chart a course of realistic Navi roads set of from here on a Memorial Day, and do a cross country trip for the first half of my summer. Take my time. Just make each day an enjoyable ride, not trying to 'make time'. And then when I got out there, rent an SUV for the return trip, strap the ol' Navi in the back cargo area, and take a completely different and faster way home.
Look up the scooter cannonball. Every year is a different coast to coast ride (a race like a marathon with checkpoints along the way) that’s predetermined by the committee and is all scooter accessible (less than 300cc) speeds. You can do it with them or just use one of their previous routes to do your own trip. I’m pretty sure all the routes are archived on the website
@@adamrobinette6832 Scooter cannon ball run 2025. That really looks like fun also. You can pay a little extra and have some supplies on a support van that follows the core of riders.
I miss my old electric scooter for my daily commute. No warmup, no noise, get on, turn on, turn the throttle and go. Plug in each day and no need to go into a petrol station. Stupidly easy. I hate to tell you this, a NAVi isn't a touring bike either.
@@ridingwithpat definitely not a touring bike for high speed roads. Where I live I can get damn near anywhere in town and surrounding areas on sub 50mph roads. It's been a great little bike for that.
Thank you so much for sharing this epic ride video. Good times with good friends. Priceless! Was the fuel consumption similar on all 3 Navi's? You really seem to have a lot more power than the stock Navi on the mountain climb. Good stuff. I was at work when I left my little heart comment. I feel inspired. Thank you. Looking forward to the more on the road videos with your pals.
Thanks for the love! No, the fuel consumption was not equal. I noted it at one point in the video, but I used more fuel overall, probably like 1/4 tank more on the way up. Stoked to have you along for the ride!

Buddy and me did 500 miles in three days on our navis, Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky, no dramas with bikes, ran perfect.
Epic trip!

Yesterday I did 143 miles on my Navi and the engine did great but the CVT got pretty hot and I had to take a few breaks to let it cool down.
Nice, where to?
@Moetorcycles Just all over. From San Bernardino to Corona to Forest Falls to Mentone. Through the canyons and past lake Matthews.
