End of the movie when JoJo says F off Hitler and kicks him out of the window..was brilliant. I loved this movie so much
Scarlett made two other kids talked so comfortably, which kind of shows her true lovely nature

This movie is you laugh and cry. Then your try to work out what is going on. Please watch it , it was brilliant. Brilliant performance from all cast but my favourite was Johannson Scarlett

Avijna Roy you could definitely tell that’s what was implied by the last question of the interview. I’m watching several interviews from this movie rn and none of them have asked a question regarding their relationship and motivation to rebel against the nazi party. Maybe there’s a footnote in the script or something
I saw the movie a few days ago. It is really well made. As a German I can say it is interesting, which kind of view you can have on that time. We always get it presented like there’s only good and bad guys but they show that it might have been good guys being caught in bad times. On one side Jojo being a proud nazi at first but in the end realising what that really ment. On the other side Klenzendorf saving Jojo in the end showing that even though he believed in all that stuff he knew Jojo was just kid.
Also Rosie‘s death hit me like a bus because like Jojo we didn’t get to see her die. We just found her hanging there realising where we had seen the shoes before. And then Jojo trying to tie her shoelace hit even.
taika looks so much like robert downey junior from some angles it’s uncanny

the interview is so high energy, jeez. that'd tire me out esp if i had to do interviews back to back. let them just tell their thing and calm down
Interviewers have a limited amount of time to get their questions in hence why it's so rushed

i worked with scarlet on a film....three things come to mind...actually four....1- she is super short 4 foot 9 inches tall in reality 2- she has a mouth like a truck driver, i would hear her talking on her cell phone and every other word was fuck 3- her stand-in was better looking 4- the camera loves scarlet, she looks more beautiful on screen then in person
Taika asking for specific people back in 2011 leaves little clues to who he wanted. Ive watched every interview and he is very very secretive about who he wanted to play hitler. But hes the kind of person where, if i cant get exacly who i wrote in, ill do it myself. He probably had another jewish type person, and the same build and wit. Lets take guesses.

Do these people think that people stopped telling jokes before and during World War 2, no one was saying we can't joke about this its to Taboo, it was because the times were so dark and depressing that people needed to tell jokes, often ridiculing the Nazi's a lot of the jokes about Hitler originate from the period of the war, the Hitler has only got one ball joke was period. Its only in modern times has this ultra sensitivity crept into people's discourse, due to Woke PC attitudes and politics.
