The under sensitive issue got fixed by turning on Touch Sensitivity. The sensitivity issue was especially at the bottom righthand side corner of the screen. The recommendation in the video fixed the issue. Many thanks!
I'd recommend turning off the accidental touch first before turning on any settings for more sensitivity. I turned the accidental one off and I've had no issues since.

The problem for me is mostly on UA-cam or other apps when I want to scroll, it registers as a touch to select, so instead of scrolling, it just registers a touch to select that particular space of the screen

it didn't work for me. :'( my note 20 broke the back cover with a simple drop in the first weeks of use. i bought it in october 2020. this last friday (march 26, 2021) he just blacked out the screen but keeps all the functions ok;... it vibrates, calls, charges, appears to be connected to the pc, and through bluetooh, I can answer calls, but no images.. samsung customer service said that i would have to pay for the replacement of the back cover (ok), and that the replacement of the screen would lose all data. Hi, thanks for your videos on fixing the touchscreen sensitivity problem with the code for recalibrating it. My question is this, I just bought an Alcatel Joy Tab 2 tablet from Metro by T-Mobile and after using it just a week it was clear that the touchscreen was/is WAY TOO sensitive. I took it back to the Metro store and the guy did a factory reset, said hopefully this might fix the issue. But after a couple of days it still happens that the screen opens things and goes to pages that I'm not tapping on, so I am just trying to be more careful how I scroll up and down now. (their policy with the manufacturer stinks, I would have to pay $20 for shipping to have a replacement tablet sent to the store, but they can't even guarantee it will be brand new like what I bought two weeks ago!!) Anyhow, my question is this, without a phone dialer on the tablet, how can I utilize such a recalibration code like you are using? Or do you know of any other way to make the touchscreen LESS sensitive..? Can I just put a screen protector on it..? Will this help some? Ok thanks for your feedback. Sorry for such a long question! First of all begging for something is absolutely ridiculous, Secondly if you don’t have money for a phone you damn sure don’t have money for a monthly bill! To sum it up if you don’t have any money you damn sure don’t need a phone! Go get a job and buy your own phone, It will be much more rewarding!
I have a 100% fix for everyone if u have sweaty hands alot then u should turn off touch sensitivity and also TURN OFF ACCIDENTAL TOUCH PROTECTION. When i turned accidental touch protection off it worked. Now no more having to lock and unlock my phone everytime to get the screen working again
