I just bought a Note 20 ultra and I know I'm mearly scratching the surface as to what this phone can do. Your videos are awesome and extremely helpful for me. I take allot of pics and videos. When I first got the phone I was able to take shots of the moon which I take allot of pics of my grandchildren and the sun moon and stars. Its helpful to see where I'm going wrong on my videos and pics. I could see the moon very close up and a crisp shot at first now I've done something wrong because the moon is blurry and often times I can't even get it to focus on it. It has seem to be a hit and miss situation. Now I understand what certain icons are for. Thank you so much!!!!! Keep the tutorials coming please. 😊🔥💯👍😉😊

Very frustrating. I just up dated my phone, and do not have many of these features you are taking about! I have the note 20 ultra. I don't get why every place I go to get the tricks and tips, I don't have the same options
Same happened to me with the updates! I can't believe they took away our options! I don't even know what my video resolution is at this point, because there's not even a section for it, much less a choice

I recently update to android 12 / 4UI and I have discovered something related to camera settings. I no longer have the option to adjust the image and videos size as your a showing 6 min 40 sec into the video. I tried calling samsung in DK but they did not know anything about it, or if i could return to android 11. I dont know if it is the same in other countries. Just want to let you know. I received one because of the insurance, and I can tell that I truly hate this camera (finally out of my chest😂). I'm giving it another shot because of this video, but I'm tired of trying so many ways to work the settings 🙄. Thanks in advance 👍
Hoping for a quick response 🙏 I'm going to a concert in a couple weeks and I want the best quality I can get especially when zooming in as I've noticed can make it more grainy when doing that:( my question is what setting in pro mode should I set my video to to get the clearest sharpest video even when zooming in?
Great detailed video thanks! Question though... I have issues with blurriness out of the focus box on my photos. To give an example of what I'm seeing is - the "portrait mode" on the iPhone where the center of focus is very clear where the surrounding edges are all blurred out... how do I fix this problem!! I have all the same settings as you do..

Important notes for new users 1) I got an Extreme Card 256GB...but when I try and record 4K 60fps it WONT save to card and must first be saved to Internal storage then transferred over. 4K 30fps saves properly. 2) If your Rear camera gets greyed out for some reason..reset it. 3) Make sure you format your card 4) Learn to use the file transfer program under Samsung to transfer files from Internal to Storage.

How do I fix flurry movement pictures. This camera sucks when taking live pictures. If someone of a pet is moving the pictures comes out blurred and distorted.

I was thinking of getting this to take on my long bike rides where I ride for like4-5 hrs....I wonder how long the battery would last on constant recording video...and what would you suggest I use if it doesnt last enough? Since I assume you can' tbuy extra batteries.
The camera on my Note S20 Ultra used to be amazing, and now it's so god awful bad it's barely usable. Before one of the updates, my car photos used to look fine, now literally everything on the vehicle but the wheels is blurry. I even sent the phone back for a replacement because we thought it was a physical issue. Nope, this one is is terrible in the exact same ways. I bought this phone specifically for the camera, and now it's barely usable. Guess that's what I get for planning to keep the same phone for more than 6 months. 🙃

I just got me brand new Note20 Ultra 5G and found that ... there is no way to change the resolution of the picture taking! What a bug in the flagship phone! I often don't need that pixel blown pictures that waste memory. No way to set it in the phone - the resolution option in the settings is missing!
I take alot of pictures of my kid, and as he is a toddler he's constantly moving. 99% of my pictures come out unbelievably blurry. Is there a way to fix this. Thanks
Anyone else have an issue where the middle camera lens is loose and makes a noise when tilting the phone? Tech support told me it was by design but it's quite annoying to here a clicking sound when I lift my phone or rotate it.

Depending on what mode your on the camera settings will be different. Settings is just before the flash button. So go on pro camera mode then go to the camera settings which is on the camera app and then format and advanced options it will be in this order HEIF pictures, Raw copies and then ultra wide shape correction.

I have none of those resolution settings. Ultra wide photos are total crap.

Wish there was a way to make a short cut to just go straight to 30FPS 4K or pro mode settings on the home screen.
This was not easy. Important notes for new users

is it in the camera or the screen? if the green dot appears on the screen and doesn’t move, it might be a dead pixel.

1 important thing is to save 4K video internal storage and then transfer to SC card. For some reason it won't save directly to card.

From all that I've seen pro is a must if trying to get stars in the night sky. Most make a big deal of the raw pictures.

How do you save 8K videos onto the SD card
You can't, SD cards are fast enough. You have to first record it then you can transfer it in the gallery or the files app

in note 20 there is no save settings. cant i save in raw in note 20?
