The N-tranced ropes actually have a trick to them. If you slide while holdiing the left or right directions, you're gonna spin to that point, without losing or gaining momentum. Perfect for the sections you talked about,in the bonus stage. But yeah, those ropes still suck.

45:45 so I should mention, I have played and beat (the final boss) BOTH crash purple and spyro orange, and I'd argue that spyro has the better selection of mini games, however the thing that really made me loose faith, was BOTH the first and final boss where the exact same, the only difference was the music, you control spyro or vice versa, and in spyro orange you fight cortex and ripto as spyro, IN THE SAME EXACT FASHION!
I highly have to agree with you on the music. I prefer the remixes, the compositions seem straightforward and to the point and loops again, but remains super catchy. the Playstation version on the otherhand seem to be all over the place, and goes on for too long before looping, i get bored and find it forgetable. On the n.sane trilogy, it helped me like (some) of the music with its cleaner sound. For the rope leves in n. Tranced you could tornado spin to the next one makes it easier
Yeah as the GBA titles are quite good and still has it's charm. I didn't play Nitro Kart GBA honestly but Crash Purple, yeah it's very bad! I can't believe I played Crash Purple & Spyro Orange. Why doesn't Cortex just EAT THE WORLD, CRAP IT OUT AND FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET?! That would straight up kill Crash so he is no longer a threat so Cortex can conquer the galaxy!
One thing I didn't like about sx and n tranced was the button input was way too demanding for a hand-held, while on console you can press the action 4 times to get a full multi-spin in sx I had literally button-mash the B button to get a full spin, which for me was frustrating because on a few occasions it crashed my game (no pun intended) was I was doing a spin glide on a bonus stage

I wouldn’t mind them having some nods towards these games in a future entry.
Also Crash could easily work as a 3D collect-a-thon.
23:00 Oh, yeah! I remember that vid! XD
nice video Benjamin im kinda suprised the tank sections of crash purple did not suddenly cause a ptsd of a another tank boss
Affter crash will you ever do any kind of Kingdom hearts game or start streaming?
20:00
You can spin Between them is much easier+ press Up to stay on the rope for As much as you can
Weren’t you supposed to spin to cross the Ropes in the Arabia levels when they had them? I distinctly remember crossing them easily by using the spin attack as the way to cross them side by side?
N Tropy was so cross with Crash that he lays an egg.
In the fake crash fight spinning let's you pass through unharmed unless you use the death tornado spins.
Oh God, I don't think I EVER finished the Level 10 bonus level without the double jump. You have to finish it for 100% anyway (requiring the Tornado Spin for the blue gem,) so I might as well wait until the second run to get the clear gem, too.
ur avatar art looks amazing (and a tiny bit cute with the art style lol)
31:48 fun fact: the longer soundtrack also exists on the n-gage version of the game
The N-tranced ropes actually have a trick to them. If you slide while holdiing the left or right directions, you're gonna spin to that point, without losing or gaining momentum. Perfect for the sections you talked about,in the bonus stage. But yeah, those ropes still suck.
34:12 Did he just say what I think he said? For the sake of my sanity, someone tell me if they heard tiny say "up" or "out" PLEASE.
It's supposed to be *"tiny knock you out!"* but the bit-crushing makes it sound like he says *"tiny knock you up!"*
In the Japanese version though, it's just a nondescript howling noise.
I remember never turning off the RC Kart cheat as soon as i got it.
I swear the dumbest things amuse me.
Perfectly understandable. I did the same thing with the Lunar cheat as a kid.
While i personally agree with your assessment of Best Track in Nitro Fueled being Electron Avenue... Objectively speaking it's only played so often for it's high nitro payload for dailies :P i would know me and my friends would grind it religiously during the grand prix.
Oh yeah, it was easily the best track to grind Wumpa Coins on. XD
@@BenjaMage damn right, that track is the reason why i didn't have to pay a single wooden cent in MTX. At this point i could race it blindfolded.
The premiere was good.......is what i would have said if my notifications told me it was happening!
9:07 fun fact: space harrier had a sequel names planet harriers
*Y O U W I L L N E V E R E S C A P E A M A Z E E N T E R T A I N M E N T*
This is my curse.

I can relate with the unhealthy obbesion back then.....
I assume next time will be Bash or Twinsanity as the latter will be an interesting topic with the development and stuff.
So, are you going to do Crash of the Titans series someday? I have mixed feelings about it.
Not for the 25th anniversary series of videos, but yes, I do intend on reviewing the Titans games at some point.
@@BenjaMage Okay, good to know👍
Hey Benjamin, did you know the difference between the original and the remake?
Why doesn't Cortex just EAT THE WORLD, CRAP IT OUT AND FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET?! That would straight up kill Crash so he is no longer a threat so Cortex can conquer the galaxy!
He wants to control it, not eat it. Besides, he might get sick afterwards.
32:24 Still waiting sum 41 sounds exactly like its opening
Monthly crash vids!!!!
Apparently the Crash Bandicoot Blast GBA minigame was also developed by Vicarious Visions?
Real OG's remember when Benjamin put Fake Crash's boss fight on his Dumbest Boss Ideas video.
I miss your old videos.
Any chance on bringing them back?
Sorry, those old videos don't exist anymore (I don't even have the backup files anymore).
@@BenjaMage At least some of those vids are in a playlist. So it's not like all your old stuff's been totally lost to the sands of time.
Curious which Crash game you think is worse? Crash Purple or Crash Boom Bang?
40:40 oh no! it wouldn't be great if those sheep get hurt by nitrous! better shoot them up with bazookas to protect them!
This was good but idk if its just me the music at points feels a bit too loud when you're talking
I think dropping it's volume down a bit would be appreciated
Only one I play of these is Huge Adventure.
19:58 now I know I’m late to tell you this but u can move between ropes by spinning
20:30 uhhh Benjamin you know that if you hold left or right while pressing B you can switch ropes on the fly? Thats an actual mechaniv
22:48 i thought you said that the battle with fake rash sucked (as said in your top 10 dumbest boss fights )
He did say that. He was young and stupid at the time.
Are you saying you prefer the Japanese version of Crash Nitro Kart?
