The Chevron Doctrine has finally been overturned. It is the first step in putting some of these overreaching regulatory agencies back in their place. It will take time and lawsuits, but at least it levels the field a bit.

I am not trying to obscure the meaning of the message...for those that have the ability to properly receive it. It's like any other data mode, if you have the ability to receive the message, you can read it all you want. If you don't, it just sounds like noise.
Those encryption rules are from a time of dinosaurs. It needs to 100% opened up.
