Looking forward to seeing this product develop as we were in the market for room scheduling devices prior to COVID. I would much rather stay within the Cisco ecosystem if we can get some of the same functionality as with other systems. I will say that it would be nice to require check-in for no-shows as conferencing spaces will be limited in our new world as many companies are relinquishing square footage in physical offices and moving to more of a meeting center model vs permanent offices. Any ability to see who owns the meeting from the out-of-room navigator? Reporting will also be a big plus to help property managers make intelligent decisions in office designs and modifications on actual room usage and whether to continue to invest in those spaces.
Hi Dustin! The company I work for are planning on getting a bunch of the wall mounted version to stick on the outside of every meeting room we have in the office. I've been able to get one unit to test out and it sorta works well (except for full meeting controls outside of the room😳). Just wondering - we have a mixture of Roomkits and DX80's, all are exchange connected, can the DX80 rooms still have a Navigator outside to show Room availability/booking purposes only?
Raulan, Great question! Today the simple answer is no... The DX80 does not support the Navigator and the current integration requires a supported device for Outside of the room. However, we do plan to release a software update for the Navigator to provide a "Stand-Alone" mode later this year. When this happens you should be able to achieve your desired experience!
Hi Dustin, does this also work from a Webex Board Pro? I'm missing the "Book Room" button on the main screen. I also have a Navigator connected but also there no "Book Room" button.
we have wall navigator and some on prem endpoints will be linked via webex edge for devices, i saw that hybrid calendar must be set but wil we lose then scheduling via TMS as room can only have one source calendar

Yes, room booking does require Hybrid Calendar and we only support one calendaring service so you could not use TMS for room scheduling.
