Can a Touch 10 be used outside the room? When I add one I don't get the option to set it up for booking rooms. I just get a second controller for the Room Kit.
We need HDMI-in in touchten or navigator as additional presentation source. It is perfect as touch/navigator is always near the presenter in a meeting and in big rooms you use a few of them. This eliminates problem with long hdmi cables or with 3rd party hdmi transmitters...
Haven't had a chance ti watch the VoE etc on this, wondering the integration type...is it just the Cal Con? I was assuming it would be different, like a typical Exchange integration...direct. Maybe, now that I'm asking management in CH means it has to use Cal Con?
Thank you for the great video. Can you use the Touch 10 inside the room and the navigator outside the room for booking schedule on the same Codec? Just curious.
Touch will be out of sale... and also you would need to use some switch device or authenticate it via Lan... and i do not like the last method as it sometimes makes problems while software update and so on.
@@andrewmaniscalco6172 it will. The gotcha would be does the system have a way to add a meeting invite? They all leverage O365 for calendar storage so should be doable...
@@TheTechCatalyst With Hybrid Calendaring, I was able to verify that booking via Outlook will stick into the conference room software and booking through conference room software will stick in the codec room booking. But, that is great that it will integrate together. I wonder - will there be additional configuration required to get this working?
@@TheTechCatalyst because of the chaptering it was easy enough to find and your video was well up the list. Never hurts to have more content out though does it? With a link back to this one for those that want it. I found the user guide our integrator failed to take with them about 10 minutes later too. 😆
Hi. Thanks for sharing this video. I have a question, maybe it is silly but I dont understand how you added a cisco mini kit to a calendar. People are invited to a webex meeting via their mail addresses. How do you add a cisco room kit to a meeting. does it need to have an email address. thank you.

Unfortunately just the Navigation for booking outside the room
@@TheTechCatalyst Thanks! I opened a TAC case on this yesterday and the engineer didn't even know that. :)
Great video! Do you know if you need a Touch 10 to connect the room navigator to the room kit?
You can simply disconnect the Touch 10 and connect a navigator in its place (if I understand the question correctly)
What are your thoughts on the navigator tablet so far? What should I cover next?

How to add a Teams icon in Navigation Controller(Tab )
The best way to interact with Teams is OBTP calendar integration. This covers both CVI and WebRTC use cases.

The connection flows through control hub calendar connector vs going directly from the navigator.
Hi, Does the wall mount option come standard with the brackets or does the customer have to purchase the bracket as a spare ?
The bracket is essentially build in to the body if the device itself. All other needed hardware is included in the box.
Thank you for the great video.

Great video. Do you see any functional advantages in table top configuration vs the touch 10? Or is it just a new image?
The new table top version also includes a few environmental sensors as well. I'll cover these in the near future.
@@TheTechCatalyst thanks! Do you know if they will be able to integrate in with 3rd party conference booking software?

Humidity and temp sensors which with new Access points and cisco spaces... makes nice tool
How fix the problem to WebEx room navigator panel
What type of system are you trying to connect to? Is it cloud registered? There is a minimum software version required...
I came here for how to remove the stand. Worth the video is correct.
Haha glad it helped! Do you think I should make a 60 second video of just that?

You will need to enable the calendar service for the endpoint as well. ua-cam.com/video/VmJKNPQDgIc/v-deo.html
