This short video demonstrates how we upgraded an old set of David Clark headsets with an Active Noise Reduction kit, and what we learned along the way.
Hey guys. Thanks for putting this video up. I just aquired a leather flying hat/headset that had a weird extra DC power cord... wasn't sure if itwas some wog PTT setup or what. I'm now confident its this ANR mod. Do you know what voltage is supplied to the headset please? Up Your Knots, Terry NZ.
I have a David Clark h10-13x, it has an ENC built-in, as I power it on, I get a loud buzz on the left ear, is it normal? any idea why this is happening? it's out of the box.
ANR KIT'S IMPROVE THE NON ANR HEADSET A LITTLE, BUT BETTER TO BUY TOP OF THE LINE (USED) ANR HEADSET
