Astral Mode Mortimer Freeze S Rank

Like Glumstone I also did this before so it's not as hard to get the S Rank again, I also don't really have much to say about this boss but just be careful in the first and third phase with the icicles and the buckets, also I just didn't want the shield pal at the beginning of Phase 3, hence the embarrassing phase transition, lol.

This looks like it’s in between difficulty of souped up dlc and geo mode i like this fight as the souped up Mortimer final phase is very unfair the buckets are not always humanly dodge able and it makes for a unfair fight this actually looks fair and balanced.

It indeed is in between the difficulty of Geo and Souped Up Mortimer. I definitely agree with you on the Souped Up statement, sometimes attacks from Souped Up bosses are not humanly dodgable and result in being an unfair boss (This is why so many people use SA2 as their Super Art when fighting these bosses, and Whetstone as their charm to help them have a better chance to dodge the attacks, especially when going for the S Rank), this is part of the reason why I don't do the Souped Up bosses, although I will confess there is also laziness behind it too and not having the will to practice them. I did S Rank a Souped Up boss last night but I feel a little dirty about it as the strategy I used to S Rank it was not mine and I feel rather cheap about it too because I feel like it was a cheap strategy since the strategy consisted of phase skipping a phase, also the total time I spent was around 5 minutes so I feel even more dirty and cheap for the S Rank because of it.

@@mattylusjwa I wouldn’t” say it’s a cheap strategy depends on what boss though since you have to sacrifice other weapons charms and super arts to do phase skips or overloading them with damage it’s only not fair in my opinion if it stops the boss from attacking like the devil speedrun trick or it’s a really dumb glitch.
