The 23hp’s are all pretty equal, your lap time might change through out the year based on the date you go because the engine might be running slightly less or the tires are more/less worn, but if so they all fluctuate in performance together so they all should be quite equal at one time.
Are all the karts equal in performance? Eastern creek's are terrible, some are 2 seconds a lap slower than others
