I've tried slow swings in the house and it kills my left wrist. But my son saw I was flexing my wrist wrong. Driving range tomorrow and I'm gonna attempt full swings
I strongly suggest taking the time to work on the exercise, cutting the grass for a few days before hitting balls. If you want to see success you need to be in the right slot. And the cutting the grass exercise will put you there.

I’m always experimenting, gone from 18 to 9 over a couple of years, only swinging the club in the house and doesn’t feel painful (for me anyway) definitely strange but isn’t all new grips.. little bit concerned what would happen if you hit a huge fat into the ground.. definitely will try as the ground is very soft right now
I understand your concern. The truth is once you get acclimated to this technique you feel like you can rip through anything. I can recall many tough lies with a bunker lip in front of my ball. which many golfers would hit the ball sideways but with the power I have in my technique I would tear through the grass lip and often times making it to the green. Not bragging, just saying.
Hi Scott tried the grip on range. Not sure what was going wrong. But could not get my arm above my head like you had grip in fingers but could not get it past shoulder hight😢
I don't play much golf because it was always so frustrating as a new player. I don't really have any preconceived notions on proper technique or swing mechanics so maybe this can help a new player hit decent shots and get into the game?
I would like all these people that try this grip and swing post their distances here on UA-cam. I’d be shocked if any of them hit the distances these guys are saying.
I can’t wait to try on the range…nothing to lose. I’ve hit a wall (high 80’s), trying to be conventional. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thanks Scott looking forward to trying your grip

Next week, I’m dropping a video teaching a beginner in a private lesson look for it.
@@scottysgolfgripWill do, thanks Scotty!
This can't be for real.....haven't been able to try this swing yet
Hi Scott why don't you use same grip when putting
For me, putting is not a golf swing. And I do very well with the traditional technique.
I tried but could not feel comfortable or work for me

Why?
Next week I'm dropping a private lesson I gave last week. Check it out then respond.
