Is that vacuum feature even needed? This is already a very nice HAR station but the reflow rig looks more complicated and problematic than someone with the same Hakko HAR station and a pair of tweezers. It looks like it's just heating the chip and not the board or if it is hitting the board it's more uneven then just hitting it with a pen sized opening which isn't great for the chip but isn't the main problem, the big problem is going to be putting the chip back on and if the chip is hot and the board isn't the solder won't flow to the board and bond to solder pads correctly. I might be wrong I don't own the unit and haven't tested it but this just doesn't look right.

that vacuum pick up looks pretty violent. it could easily rip off solder pads it seems.
