Hmmm I was considering a Tundra Blue Fire to go with my Vaporizer and Sensor Solid. Looking at the chart, I was hoping to the see the Blue Fire a square more to the right. Ebonite Fireball might fit that better, sharp light oil option?
Categorically they are similar. Fireball is similar length but just a bit more dowlane. It's slightly lower RG and more diff, so it's a little more ball than Blue Fire, but not by a lot.
Yes! it's a nice paring with the 2 you mentioned. My only note would be that if you need it to start earlier on fresher oil, don't be afraid to brush the surface with a surface pad.
Could you please help me build my arsenals as I am still new to bowling and very new to leagues? I currently have several 12 lb balls and am working on a 14 lb set as well. I've lowered my speed from the 16-20 mph area down to 10-15 mph for more control, low revs, high track, and left-handed. My 12 lb balls are: Brunswick- Mindset solid, Perfect Mindset, Infinity. Track- Theorem, Tundra Fire Blue, Archetype Solid. Ebonite- Big Time Special Edition. Columbia 300- White Dot Patriot Sparkle. DV8 Trouble Maker. Is there a decent arsenal in this group for a sanctioned USBC league? My 14 lb arsenal I am still building but currently have the Motiv Jackal Ghost, Track Archetype Hybrid, Hammer Effect, and Motiv Venom Black. Any recommendations on balls to fit what I might be missing? Thank you so much. I love the videos and look forward to the next. "Hand of God!"😂 That was great!
I know you're not asking me, but if you want my 2 cents, that black Venom can serve as a benchmark, but you could possibly use something that was more matte, solid surface for the fresh league shot... something like a Scorpion Low Flare, Sensor Solid, or even Envy Tour Solid
@@michaeljamrozy4299 Hi. I welcome anyone who wants to offer advice. I was wondering about needing something like the Scorpion, so thank you for pointing it out. I appreciate your response.
hey there! with your 14# arsenal you have all Asyms. I would look to a symmetrical ball to balance those out. since you are a lower rev player, you are going to want to shy away from lower diff options. So something mid-diff like Ebonite GB5, or higher diff like this Track Stealth Hyb should do the trick. If you go with Stealth Hyb, you may have to hit the surface with a pad to get it to start hooking earlier.
similar cover strength, but with the medium-high intermediate diff of the gas mask core, i would say the 2.0 hyb is stronger and sharper at the back of the lane. if you had both i would separate the surfaces you keep them at to get the motions further apart.
@@BowlingBuckoshI only ask because I have a hard time getting big shinny asyms like the paragon to pick up on the fresh oil. I’d have to use something like a stealth solid to get enough shape.
My league 3 ball arsenal Paragon Pearl, Teal Rhino Pro, and Stealth Hybrid hopefully this will fit in my bag
Seems like a nice compliment!

Will the Stealth Hybrid be a good “benchmark” ball for a 3 ball arsenal.? Currently have Sneak Attack Solid and Hitter Pearl

@@BowlingBuckosh thank you so much for the advice! I will look into those, for sure.
I’m curious where you put the GB4 hybrid compared to the other balls on the table. Similar spot as Stealth Hybrid, but slightly smoother?
I would say so! Probably just one half step smoother. The GB4 is less diff, but with similar cover strengths from the HK base.
When talking about 3 or 6 ball arsenals, do you not include a spare ball?
i don't. if you use a spareball you just have to consider adjusting your arsenal strategy to get a wide range of reactions with one less ball.
How does this ball compare to the black widow 2.0 hybrid? And does it make sense to have them in the same bag?
similar cover strength, but with the medium-high intermediate diff of the gas mask core, i would say the 2.0 hyb is stronger and sharper at the back of the lane. if you had both i would separate the surfaces you keep them at to get the motions further apart.
Based on the chart, is the paragon pearl earlier than the sensor solid?
I would not say earlier, but it's certainly more shape. The Y-axis is oil volume the ball is best suited for. Not directly correlated to length.

@@surfboardshack3327 don't be afraid to cut the box finish with a surface pad to get the ball to start where you want.
@@BowlingBuckosh thanks will do
Hi can u recommend a ball for me for the fresh im a 2hander rev dominant and 14 ball speed.
If you are looking at Track I think Cypher would be a great option for that slot!
