    At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
    The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
    As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

    He had the vision of Hurem and all her children dead and Mustafa on the throne, he knew that if Mustafa became sultan it would be the death of them.

      Exactly, I do not believe the real Sultan Suleiman ever asked his wife Hurrem Sultan this question. He mourned his son but did what was best for himself and his other offspring. the war between Bayezid and Selim was the icing on the cake, never took the time to understand each other.

    Valide sultan told the truth to suleiman, she doesn't need to hide, she doesn't need Suleiman to have the power anymore. She actually outranks the old sultan.

    Suleiman officially forgot Mustafa. He accepted that what he did was the best.

      It’s not so much he forgot him, is that he let him go finally. He was looking for a scapegoat, and Hurrem simply told him “you did this, not me or anyone else”

    In real life it is still debated whether hurrem actually participated in mostafa death

      No actually many many sources amd books prove that her and rustem are the main reason he died by making a fake order to attack the capital and getting his stamp on it and giving it to sulieman , mihrimah is the one who might be innocent of this she wasn't mentioned in most of books

    Mustafa relyed on his father to dominate and just give him the throne knowing that he could not rule anyway, he didnt have the heart to do so. Ibrahim Pasha tormented Hurrem so much with threats of being anahilated beheaded, his threats sprung Hurrem in doing what was best for her kids and not herself. She only thought about her children. Suleiman was driven by fear of losing them also. He kinda loved Hurrems children best. Mustafa was a mirror of his mother, whom he didnt love at all. Hurrems fault was loving Suleiman to the max he was her one and only true love, and loved their offspring. She won his heart and soul like he said, we met before the earth was made and it had been agreed upon by the souls living at that time that they be together and be as one. and there love remains after death. Thats what they believed.

    The following words Hurrem said about Sulean its from”
    No leaf falls without His knowledge, nor is there a single grain in the darkness of the earth, or anything, fresh or withered, that is not written in a clear Record. He has the keys to the realm that lies beyond the reach of human perception; none knows them but He.” QURAN
    Surah Al- An’Am 59

      She said something that by understanding means " maybe I did make a trap for him and give it to you with the intention to get him killed , but ultimately the decision was yours and you killed , so you don't get to act innocent

    • @user-ni3of9sz1g
      @user-ni3of9sz1g Місяць тому +3

      Actually she meant that without his decision nobody has the power to decide one’s future and innocence can’t be found under this roof. She did what she has to do and no one is innocent.
