    Learn how to make delicious and crispy Chicken Tikka and Potato Cutlets at home with this easy step-by-step recipe!     In this video, I'll show you how to marinate the chicken, prepare the potato mixture, shape the cutlets, and fry them to perfection. It's a quick and simple recipe that anyone can follow.
    INGREDIENTS :
    For the Chicken Tikka:
    300g boneless chicken (cubed)
    1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/3 tsp paprika powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp chicken masala powder
    1/3 tsp coriander powder
    1/3 tsp turmeric powder
    1 lemon juice
    2 - 3 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp tikka masala (optional, for extra flavor)
    For the Cutlets:
    3 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    1 onion (finely chopped)
    2 green chilies (finely chopped)
    Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
    1 egg (beaten)
    Oil (for frying)
    INSTRUCTION :
    1. Prepare Chicken Tikka:
    Marinate the chicken in, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, lemon juice, tikka masala, oil, and salt.
    Let it marinate for 40-50min
    pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, then shred or finely chop it.
    2. Prepare the Cutlet Mixture:
    In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, shredded chicken tikka, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, and chicken masala .
    Mix well until everything is combined.
    3. Shape the Cutlets:
    Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets.
    Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
    4. Fry the Cutlets:
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Fry the cutlets in batches, turning them until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
    Remove and drain on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
    5. Serve:
    Serve the hot chicken tikka and potato cutlets with chutney, yogurt dip, or ketchup.
