    He's a good cook. spinach and eggwhites looks good. My favorite sat morn..a cup of coffee,black made rt, two tilapia on skillet . Raw diced spinach cold on top once done. Tall glass of cold Gatorade. 1cc of winstrol in each deltoid. Tablet of dball. Go train 10am .45min. not heavy. Amino x after. Glass water. Stop at Jimmy John's . Sandwich . Go smoke a little herb at friend's house . Chat. Go home cook steak.

    That ketchup squeeze is around 6-8 grams of sugar, plus the butter spray afterwards. I'd ditch both. Remove the two fried eggs and have a proper 3 egg omelette (one or two yolks) and spinach. I'd have the full egg omelette, but I'm not a body builder ;)

      -,' RED ',- yes there is steroids involved but steroids don't make a bodybuilder. Nutrition and training all play a role in the size and shape of a bodybuilder. Steroids aren't magic, you can't just take them and expect to be on an a bodybuilding stage

    • @amr.q
      @amr.q 7 років тому +3

      TheMitmit03 but it has been proven that those who take steroids gain much more muscle than those who don’t. They had people workout for a few months with no steroids vs some who didn’t work out and just took steroids. The ones who weren’t working out but taking steroids gained a much higher percent of muscle than those who did work out. Steroids are pretty much everything that got this guy to that size

    Wow, no spray butter, no splenda, no ketchup full of sugar. Eat real butter, just add real tomatoes in eggs. Add real organic honey in oats or grits's it has more benefits and nutrition values. Just because see a bodybuilder eating or workout routine it's not for everyone. Some bodybuilder take stuff just for extra edge to get away with stuff!

    I love lifting as much as anyone in these comments. But honestly can anyone explain to me why anyone would want to spend 200$+ a week on food, spend 3+ hours a day prepping meals and 2+ hours a day lifting only to gain like 1.0lb of muscle a year? It seems so pointlessly inefficient.

    • @YourMommas
      @YourMommas 7 років тому

      I mean it really just comes down to personal preferences, but your number are off man.
      You shop on a budget and easily eat for around a hundred a week,
      and unless your into serious competitions you don't need to lift everyday.
      If you've trained hard and judiciously you can gain like 12-20 pounds of muscle a year, and even if it "inefficient" it's the only way that we got.. of course they are ways to increase the "efficiency"..

Abit of salt and ketchup wont hurt as long as you keep it balance and work out hard. Most of them showing their eating habit, food they eat EVERYDAY. So how come you eat super clean everyday man you're gone nuts without abit of cheating like salt or ketchup!
