Theo worked for me for a couple of years and he was the only guy I'm met in 15 years of running my company that actually had a dream. I did what I could to help him along and I'm so pleased he made it and is doing well for himself. Top guy too!
I got you, it will be a wide range from creatives and professionals... I want to reach as much people as possible! Hopefully you'll enjoy the others too
things have changed since i did my flying training... the racism at these flying schools was unreal... overt and subtle... "what are you doing here" sort of attitude... well done to these guys and i hope more black pilots train up
I love these two young men, apart from the fact that they are south londoners and one of them very close to me - this is wonderful relaxing, inciteful, inspiring talk. I would definitely see them as speakers for young people. Their delivery is true and realistic.
Just posting her to say I absolutely loved this! They were an inspiration to me even though I now have no chance of an aviation career, there was nothing like this 30 years ago. They are a fine example of what can be achieved. Best wishes to you all.
Thank you for this! 🙏🏾 Very inspiring for my 12 year old who wants to be a pilot and is also from London. I’ve been searching for black British pilots to show him he can do it too! ❤
Thank you soooooo much for leaving a comment and sharing this, it motivates me too.... Let me know if you want one of their email addresses as they are keen on mentoring and helping others 🖤.. I hope he achieves all he wants from life!
Excellent strategy with patience and perseverance on both their parts to become pilots and fulfill their goals. Hard work will get you to where you need to go even if barriers are raised as you pursue your goal. You must have a strong mind to get beyond what the world may show you as blockades, but view it as a challenge that you can overcome.
Black people operate and excel everywhere. And they are leaders in music culture and God's gift of athleticism is given to Africa's children in high order, both are blessings same as professional endeavors. But I get your point, the diversity in successful presence is very nice. Of course, we've had a twice elected black President, the current VP is Jamaican American, and the Secretary of Defense is a highly decorated black general, tip of the iceberg 💪🏾
Inspiring piece of work but could you have just say ‘pilots’ instead of ‘Black pilots’. I think there is nothing like a black pilot but a pilot. When we describe ourselves like that we help to make it easy for stereotyping and l don’t think we want that. These guys are changing the narratives in the airline industry and l wish them all the best.
Maybe I don't understand. What's wrong with going on holiday in Nigeria. Why would they lie and say Spain. 🤔Maybe it's just me and my Pan - Africanness rearing its woke head.
Hi. I thank the point he was making was that 'Holiday' was used as a term to get him interested in the trip when he was very young. It was not a holiday, it was to go to Nigeria for boarding school, which he would not have wanted as a youngster brought up in Peckham.
To me being a pilot is not a big deal, why do black people make everything looks like it's exclusive and one has to have this special talent to do it. If it was regulations and BS a lot more people, would-be pilots. A pilot is nothing but a plane DRIVER.
You're jealous of these gentlemen, probably racist, and don't wish them success and respect. As an affluent white male I find you derogatory comments disgusting. They will keep a successful forward momentum despite what any creepy failure has to say.
LMAO, why do you want to get into my personal business? Pilots are not the highest paid profession in the world, they are mostly in the middle of the pack

Not so sure about earrings studs for pilots…….it spoils the image…..but I loved the story about the donuts!
They are entitled to wear exactly what they want and I woulkd not complain about if they are flying the plane I am on
@@TheSensualnubian well…….
Most company’s will not allow Male pilots to wear earrings / studs …….it’s a fact so I’m surprised to see it ….!
Pls stop this streotyping what has studs in their ears have to do with their brains or with their technics😳
